5 /5 Ben Brown: I can’t say enough good things about Sanchez Auto Service. They reminded me that there are still good people in the world—people who genuinely care and go out of their way to help. My daughter was stranded three hours from home, and their shop was closing in an hour. They towed her car in and quickly diagnosed the issue. I figured I’d have to make the six-hour round trip to bring her and the car home. But just ten minutes later, they called back—they had already found the parts nearby, ordered them, and made the decision to stay late so they could fix it that night. They didn’t want her waiting alone for hours, and they didn’t want me driving through the night. They stayed late, did the work quickly and professionally, and got her safely back on the road. They had every opportunity to take advantage of the situation, but they didn’t. No overtime charges. No emergency fees. Just honest work at a fair price. I would’ve gladly paid more, but they charged what was right. Thank you, Sanchez Auto. You treated my family with kindness and compassion during a stressful moment, and we’re incredibly grateful.

5 /5 Annie Gibbons: I’ve had three experiences with Sanchez Auto and each visit has been stellar! Most recent experience was a turning signal lightbulb went out. I went in expecting to not get my vehicle back immediately only for them to fix it in 20 minutes and sent me on my way! They are honest and upfront with pricing and have never tried to add on a service or expense that’s not needed. It’s definitely a business worth supporting!

1 /5 Paige Steiner: I would not recommend this shop to ANYONE. After 34 days and over $2700 later I got my car back with a whole new problem (leaking condenser) that I was later advised that it likely happened when they pulled the head off. They quoted me over $500 for that in addition to what I’ve already spent. On top of that there was little to no communication regarding my vehicle and the status. I would have to call multiple times a day to get an answer when I was initially told 2-3 weeks depending on the shop they had to send the part off too. (That wasn’t the hold up at all, the waiting came after that.) I had high hopes do to recommendation however, I’m extremely disappointed in the way I received my car back along with the lack of care and empathy they had when I stressed the difficulty it was without my vehicle. No apology, no discount, no answer to what happened to my condenser.. just a bill.

Sanchez and his crew stayed way after closing and offered an extremely reasonable price to fix my car. I can not thank them enough for the kindest service Ive ever received. And on top off that they worked extremely quickly, in and out in maybe an hour. 10/10

5 /5 John Crawford: Sancez auto is a very professional and customer driven auto shop. I’ve taken my car there twice and I have been pleased both times. The pricing for repairs is reasonable and the owner is a professional! I’d recommend to anyone
