5 /5 Jordan Ferrari: I encountered a crank/start/no run issue with my 2021 VW Passat SE. Decided to Reach out to the crew at car craft of Athens and spoke with Shelby who was very active and informative throughout the process! Fast, direct, and straight forward from start to finish and very proactive with contacting warranty company, time line, what to expect and very pleasant and professional to deal with. Car craft has Definitely become my new go-to for anything vehicle related. Highly recommend!

5 /5 R Sears: My daughter has been in Athens for 3 years. I decided it was time to find a place I could trust to perform the service on her VW Jetta. I read a lot of reviews and read a lot of recommendations of the various UGA parent groups. I found Car Craft comes highly recommended. I now know why. I called to see if an appointment was necessary and ask some other questions. The lady I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful. We were told we could drop off or wait and if we needed to drop off that they would offer a courtesy shuttle/ride back to class or work. My daughter dropped off and I was sent the inspection with the estimate to approve prior to work being performed. When the service was complete they reached out to let her know and offered to pick her up. The bill was exactly what they said it would be. The service was done in a timely manner. My daughter called when she left and she said everyone was super nice and she would definitely recommend them to others. Thats as good as it gets for me and I will recommend them to friends with kids spending time in Athens.

Staff is professional ,welcoming and caring.Shevy ,& lucas took the time to verbally explain everything to me in language that I understood and supported it with visuals.They made recommendation i could prioritize certain repairs that would best fit my budget.Have also had the shuttle service provided by Diana. Definitely my go to car repair shop.

5 /5 John C Ewing: This crew is great! I was referred to them from a friend as a trusted place to work on my 12 Audi A5 and they did not disappoint. From Shelby and Diana to Lucas and Josh, they are all very knowledge and helpful. I made it a point to get everyones names because they all treated me like they had known me for years. They performed a few maintenance services on my car and did a great job. I definitely recommend this place! I hope my car runs perfectly forever and never needs work, but if it does, I most certianly will be back as its hard to find trustworthy places for my Audi around here.

5 /5 Shelley Lawrence: Trust me, I have never gushed about the quality of service the way Im about to gush about my experience with Car Craft of Athens, GA. (350 Hawthorne Avenue.) Id had a very bad morning. My Chevy wouldnt start. Then it did start. Then the steering wheel symbol appeared with a large exclamation point next to it. So not good. Then my ACs cold air turned into very hot air. I was in for a bad day. To be totally transparent I checked with my A.I. source chatgpt. Together we tried to diagnose the issue, and determine if the Chevy was safe to drive. Chat said, maybe it isnt. I said, well I dont want to pay to have it towed. The Chevrolet dealership could not give me an appointment until 14 days from today. I saw 14 days of a costly car rental, 14 days of no progress on a repair, and a bill that would be in the five figures. Then online I found Car Craft. It had a 4.8 review rating. I called. Diana Smith answered and listened intently to my story of woe. In that Car Craft was close ,I decided to brave the trip over. I made it. I was greeted by Diana and her colleague Tanya Adams, and their boss - Kevin Thain. While their mechanic did a diagnostic, Diana and I talked about our childhoods in southern California. Then Tanya, who is a singer, reminisced about her trip to Graceland. Both Tanya and I are big Elvis Fans. The wait time seemed non-existent. Finally the verdict was in. I needed a new battery. In minutes it was installed. No more steering wheel symbol, and no more hot air! I was handed a bill I could not believe. Did these nice folks even charge me for their labor? And on top of that...I see a discount!!! And they gave me an ice cream bar!!! And I got to visit with their little fish named Carlos!!! Yall might think Im nuts, and in truth I probably am. But Im not crazy when I tell you that I have discovered The.Place.To.Fix.Your.Car. I never met those folks before today. I am not paid to write any of this. Im just passing along the easiest recommendation Ive ever written. Youll thank me.
