good band If you don’t comprehend the complexities of mechanics, It may look ‘messy’ like a typical auto repair shop- oil, old batteries, empty boxes, engines on a lift, etc.. if you want a corporate dealer, go there (and pay 1000% more money) for the uniforms and pristine look.. if you want fair, honest, competent mechanics, this is the place. But yes they are busy (because people trust this guys and they help people out) you may need to wait a few days. I’ve been going here for over twenty years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I appreciate all these guys being honest and hooking me up.. if your a person who wants to complain about every and any little thing, and you make too much money, go to the dealership.. they know how to take your money $$$ and smile at you..

April Moore Let me tell yall some real truth. If you are spending money for car repairs anywhere else besides here at Joels, you are THROWING your money down the drain. Joel and his team replaced my vacuum pump for my 2017 Chevy Malibu. Done the job perfectly and very, please HEAR me! Very reasonably priced. They were kind and honest and fair. Wished I had known about this Gem of an auto repair shop before now. But, thats OK. I know now and they have a customer for life!! If you go somewhere else you cant say you didnt know. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Loree Hutchinson The customer service at Roys Tire Center is the best! The minute you walk in the door they treat you like you are their only customer. They are both knowledgeable and kind. You will not overpay and you can be confident your vehicle will get the best care. Dont waste your time and money going anywhere else.

Jonathan Smidt I was stranded, 2 hours from home, which is north of Chattanooga. J&J got me diagnosed, fixed, and back on the road in under three hours by working me in around their other appointments. It turned out to be a broken alternator bracket, which normally would be a day wait because there is no nearby Honda dealer. But, because Mr. Jimmy has great relationships in the community, he got the bracket fixed at a specialty welding shop nearby. J&J has the latest lifts, tools, computer diagnostics, expertise, and other features of a big place with the down-home friendliness of a family business that has help people for three generations, almost 65 years. I talked with the other customers I met that day, and they appreciated J&J as much as I did. If, like me, you need someone in an emergency. J&J is the place. And if you need a regular mechanic, look no further. I was desperate and cant fully express how grateful I am for all they did for me--and at a fair price.

Adam Sears I went here in the past to fix some abs issues on my prius and remembered them doing a great job. I went back again last week for some work with my timing belt and struts/shocks. They did another great job on both! Car is driving like new again. Their prices are cheaper than anywhere else I found and even with having to tack on a $100 charge for something else that was needed for the repair it was still cheaper than anywhere else. Told them to give themselves a tip and round it up to $950. I definitely recommend these guys. Best all around prices and work in the Carrollton area.

Seth Couch Ive gotten my 1977 F150, 2012 focus, and my 2018 f150 all done here and have been pleased with the results everytime. My father has gotten his 1970s f100 and my younger brother has gotten his 1975 f100 done as well and we have all received fantastic, professional, yet personal service. Very reasonably priced,10/10 would recommend and will return for all my exhaust needs!!!
