4 /5 Coco Black: UPDATE: I needed to get some maintenance done after a few years away. Dr. Moss and the crew were friendly and helpful. They offered a few ideas to help my dilemma and each one worked. After a few visits, my teeth were corrected and my smile restored. Overall, I am very satisfied with the results and my experience was very positive. Happy to see the improvements in customer service, and I highly recommend them!
Pros: budget friendly, reviews the cost before services begin, great work by Dr. Moss, who does an exceptional job in making sure you get great results when your braces are removed no matter how long it takes.
Old Review: The ladies in the back scream at the kids "go brush your teeth", they sometimes call the kids by the wrong name, one told my child that "it is okay to see blood", and they show no compassion when the child is crying, they do not recommend that the patients use electric toothbrushes to better clean their teeth when regular toothbrushes fail to do so, and they do not recommend "gum protection" toothpaste to patients who gums are swelling. Parents need recommendations and not judgment to better help their kids have overall great results when the braces are removed. I recommend this orthodontic practice because of Dr. Moss BUT the ladies who help him in the back could use training in quality customer service.
