3 /5 Lynsei L: While I have no personal issues with Dr. Arrington and his staff as they are friendly and kind to the patients, I have severe issues with the timing and spacing of appointments. We waited for nearly 1.5 hours total (waiting room and back area) prior to being seen. After asking around, this seems to be an unfortunate trend. It is my sincere hope that this is something that is corrected as I would like to recommend this business to others, but that is something that I am currently unable to do for those who have a busy schedule or would rather not have an excessive wait.

1 /5 salma akki: If there were an option to rate this dental office lower than one star, I would have chosen it without hesitation. My experience at this Albany dental clinic was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that their administrative and customer service processes were severely lacking. To start with, they couldnt seem to locate my insurance information despite spending over an hour on the phone with my insurance company. It took them an absurd amount of time and my insurance hold providing guidance for them to finally find it. This wasted not only my time but also my insurance companys resources. Because of their incompetence in handling my insurance, I was told I had "missed" my appointment time and couldnt be seen. Their solution was to remind me, rather unkindly, that I would be charged for future missed appointments. This lack of flexibility and understanding was incredibly frustrating. Even when appointments were scheduled, they were set almost a month out, and despite arriving on time or even early, I had to wait for over 30 minutes just to be placed in a room. Then, there was another 30-minute wait for the dentist to finally see me. The lack of communication and efficiency was astounding. The dental assistant barely interacted with me, which wouldnt have been an issue if the rest of the staff had been as friendly as some reviews claim. I received minimal education about my cavities and the filling I received felt completely off, making it impossible to chew on anything hard. Despite all of this, I decided to give them another chance and scheduled a second filling appointment. However, when I arrived and waited for 30 minutes before asking about the delay, I was informed about an outstanding balance only after expressing my frustration about the wait. Overall, my experience at this dental clinic was beyond disappointing, and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. They receive no stars from me.

1 /5 Jill Kelly: I must say my experience with Dr Arrington was the worst imaginable. I wanted upper dentures and after approx 1 1/2 years of going practically every month a trip of 60 miles round trip, he had to say he couldn’t do it. I experienced one complication after another. Then he didn’t refund me the full amount my insurance had paid him for the dentures. So all I can say is BEWARE!

5 /5 Amanda McBride: This has been my Dentist since the age of 6 (or less) and I have never had a problem with them. The staff is down to earth and caring. They treat patients like loved ones and are very sympathetic as well as, empathetic. The care given is never dissatisfying. Everyone I have came in contact with know exactly what they are doing and treat their profession with respect/knowledge.

1 /5 Deborah Ford: I broke a tooth and attempted to set up an appointment with this dentist. It has been two weeks and I still have no appointment. I am having a lot of pain and told them so. They did not set an appointment while I was on the phone but was going to call me back. I cannot rate the dental office because I cant get in to see them. Way to do business.
