Elaine Harrell Dr. Merritt is excellent. She always has a smile. She never tries to give me a service that I dont need. Example: One doctor told me I needed a night guard made because I grind my teeth at night when I sleep. When she checked me at the end of my cleaning she said to go to Walmart, buy a $20 night guard, to see if I really see if I really need one before we pay $500 for one and find I really dont need one. Katie is the BEST HYGENIST!

Marvin Howard The experience I had was wonderful. Your nurses were exceptional. The front office people are very polite. Overall, a great set of people who take their time and not rushing patients out the door.

Deborah Ford I am unsure why the staff at EAMC are rude and unkind. I imagine it is poor management. I have been a patient there 3 times and left after dealing with the people there became impossible. This last time when I first started back the people seemed friendly and kind. They have slipped back to the reason I left 2 times before. This time I am sick and need a good doctor. I left before without saying anything. I just found another doctor. I had labs done in March and I didnt receive a call until August telling me there was a problem. Routine labs are not done. I feel left in the dark and Ive had to do my own research to find out some of the issues Im having. I was referred to phoebe for radiology exams and werent informed they were ordered. When I asked why the doctor just cancelled the labs. The doctor insinuated my issues were my fault (mental) and it turned out to be caused by actual health problems. I will be filing a complaint. I know the are subsidized and I hope they will be proactive and change their practices. I Messaged them and received two calls from staff that just wanted to argue with me. One of my issues is high blood pressure. I need support, not more stress. If you can get into another practice dont start with these people. I dont have a lot of money so I was hoping for better care than this.

Rebecca Godbee Mrs. Cathy is the best dental hygienist in this town! She is hands down the sweetest person ever! She’s been cleaning my teeth since I was 2 and now she’s cleaning my daughter’s teeth as well. Our whole family goes here and has been seeing Mrs. Cathy for years!! She is a wonderful person! Everyone here is so sweet and all of the doctors are phenomenal. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else!

Amanda McBride This has been my Dentist since the age of 6 (or less) and I have never had a problem with them. The staff is down to earth and caring. They treat patients like loved ones and are very sympathetic as well as, empathetic. The care given is never dissatisfying. Everyone I have came in contact with know exactly what they are doing and treat their profession with respect/knowledge.

teresa goode Dr Carlon Sr is great! He is super compassionate and helpful. If you are in need of unpleasant dental treatment, he is your guy!!! He is patient and ensures that you’re numb before working.

Denise Gravitt Dr White and his staff are amazing! I would definitely recommend this practice for all of your oral surgery needs. He was very personable and caring! He did an excellent job explaining the procedure and what we should expect. We were seen at our appointment time and they handled the insurance issues with expertise. They even called a few times to check how we were doing and offered the option to call them if we had any concerns. A+++

Amanda Fenn Always friendly and family oriented. While I got my cleaning they took my grand daughter under their wing and kept her company. They also provided the best deep cleaning you could ever get. I love my dentists office.
