5 /5 Gwendolyn Williams: I love my Dentist (Dr. Edwards) for her ability to connect with her patients on a personal level. She treats everyone with respect and has a kind and gentle touch that is felt in everything that she do. She also has a huge heart, that is full of love and despite what she has been thru, she continues to share her love to her staff and her customers. I feel that she has a great eye for choosing such wonderful people to work alongside her. For example, front desk receptionist Mrs. Stephanie, has the prettiest smile and has a great sense of humor that makes her customers feel special and welcomed , in person and by phone. Also, Insurance Coordinator, Ms. Sabrina, forgive me if I have your title wrong, but you are phenomenal at handling our insurance claims. Sabrina is very knowledgeable of how the different insurance agencies work and Westgate Dentals office system. She knows her stuff....She makes sure that our accounts are accurate and that her customers understand their
bills and makes sure that they are truly satisfied to the best of her ability. I dont know everyones name; however, the entire staff at Westgate Dental are super friendly, pleasant, and always provides exceptional customer services. I have chosen Dr. Edwards office for over 20 years and I will never be convinced to go anywhere else. The facility is gorgoeus and stays clean.
