5 /5 Sarah Comittee: I love going to Grease Monkey on Riverstone parkway. They do an amazing job, always fast, always available. They are fair priced and frequently have coupons. I’ve never had a bad experience and I’ve been going for 2+ years. Thank you!

2 /5 Cara Bacon: I am not normally one to leave a review, but this location was really not great. I went to get an oil change asked for the cheapest one was charged $127.38. My car began to leak oil for multiple days leaving puddles in every location I parked, I brought it back they told me it was "residual" and that my panel was properly screwed in all the way, it was then "fixed". I am driving down i-75 the day after and the underneath panel they "screwed back in" began to scrape the concrete, then completely fell off so I had to pull over and get it off the highway and place it in my car which then got oil all over my luggage, interior, and any belongings I had in the car. No one here was rude its just now clear to me they either dont care about their customers or dont know what theyre doing. This probably was partially due to the fact Im a young girl and they knew I wouldnt be asking a lot of questions throughout. I would recommend other places.

5 /5 Victoria Hendricks: Called this morning after having a terrible experience elsewhere, I arrived around 2:30pm Braden and Andrea were absolutely kind and exceptional! I wanted to give them kudos to their manager due to their professionalism and knowledge. Great! experience I will definitely be returning.

1 /5 Brianna Johnson: I took my car to this location for an oil change. The mechanic took out the filter and brought it to me and asked if I wanted to replace it. I said not at this time as replacing filter wasn’t in the budget. Everything went well with the oil change. Employees were polite and friendly. The next day my check engine light came on, I was traveling and took it to a local mechanic. $300 dollars and 24 hours later they informed me that the filter was put in backwards… which caused my electrical system to go haywire. The filter was then put back correctly and I haven’t had a problem since. I called grease monkey in Canton and spoke with their manager. I simply wanted reimbursement for the oil change, it wouldn’t make me whole but it would help. She gave me an email to contact, and I emailed a copy of my receipt as well. I was promptly ghosted. I have given them several weeks to respond and I followed up with a phone call as well. Ghosted. You can’t trust this place to put a filter back in correctly. I wouldn’t trust them to do anything on a larger scale either. Buyer beware!

5 /5 Melissa Gatz: Jenn the manager is beyond amazing!!!! Friendly and very knowledgeable! This is my new place to take my Lexus going forward and will also be bringing my Chevy and referring all friends and family!!!!
