1 /5 Ryan McDermott: Update as of 9/6/24, tire is flat again, just remounted and flat, I’ll be taking it else where to see if it was even actually patched. This needs to be made right IMMEDIATELY!!! Damaging someone’s wheel and not owning up to it is cowardice and not going unnoticed. I expect to hear from yall very very soon.
Very disappointed that I brought my wheel 6 hours north from Florida to have my tire patched because I’ve taken tires here in the past so i trusted them.
Upon getting home yesterday my tire was already flat. It had air in it when I picked it up, secondly there’s damage to the barrel of the wheel. If you have expensive wheels or care about your wheels, don’t bother coming here. There are multiple scratches from them removing weights with something sharp. They removed no glue from the weights and instead placed new weights on top of the white part of the the weight (when picked off). There are multiple impressions on the inside of the rim as well that were not there before hand. These are BBS wheels, below I’ve attached images. I except some sort of compensation from this.
