Ron Barksdale I have been taking my company truck to Yancey for over 5 years, and I have never, EVER, witnessed anything from them that was not pleasant, friendly, helpful, cheerful, fast, highly competent, and honest. These are qualities that you simply do not find in the auto service industry. Typically dealing with car issues and mechanics is something you dread and try to avoid, but I can honestly say I look forward to seeing these folks and entrusting my truck to them. Chantelle Cleveland I drive a 2002 C320 WAGON with 244,000+ miles. I was in immediate need of an experienced mechanic for my car. A towing company recommended his business to me. He went over my car thoroughly and kept me informed about all the critical issues he came across. Diagnostics, Repairs and Routine maintenance was done and I am super happy I have a mechanic to get my car to 500,000 miles, God willing. The cost was reasonable, considering all the items addressed. Knowledge, experience and quality doesnt come cheap. Thank you Gary Thistlewood! FYI:Harmonic Balancer he replaced, among other things.

WB L On New Years Eve, my right passenger window stopped working. Most auto shops had closed early for the holiday. I made my last call to Precision Tune Auto Care. After explaining the situation to manager, Javoni, he agreed to have one of the master mechanics look at my window. The window regulator was the culprit, which had to be ordered. As it was near closing time, I made an appointment for January 2, 2025, to come back for the repairs. Meanwhile, the wonderful mechanic was able to raise my window so I would not have to drive around with plastic on it. I would like to thank Javoni and the whole staff at Precision Tune Auto Care for helping me so quickly. Everyone is so friendly and professional. This is an example of service excellence at its best! Highly recommend for your auto needs. A million thanks, God bless!!!

Michele Brown Traveling and notice tire loosing air. Called and they said to stop by. Arrived gentleman show me where to go. Service advisor Brett got our vechile back quickly, had tire replaced and on our way. Brett was amazing and help. We really appreciate you taking care of us. Thank you so much.

Erica Frankenbery This is the best automotive shop hands-down. They went above and beyond to help us. Our vehicle broke down on the way to Georgia and they took us right in. We were able to rent a Budget van to get where we needed to. Monday they had the vehicle fixed for us and on the road. They were compassionate, friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone in the Macon area. Thank you to all of you there. You truly are a blessing.
