Sarah Stamer Was heading back home up north after our vacation in Florida and noticed our temperature gauge light came on. Took our car in towards their closing time and they still took a look at our car. They were able to get us back on the road in 45min. Sent a half gallon of coolant with us for no charge as well

Michele Brown Traveling and notice tire loosing air. Called and they said to stop by. Arrived gentleman show me where to go. Service advisor Brett got our vechile back quickly, had tire replaced and on our way. Brett was amazing and help. We really appreciate you taking care of us. Thank you so much.

Pierce Franklin When it comes to honesty and integrity, this business fits the bill tenfold. If you’re looking for an honest, straight shootin no BS’in mechanic, this business fits the bill. Gary and his lovely wife, Ms. Brandy have been nothing short of miracle workers. They will tell you how it is, what’s wrong with your vehicle and what it will take to repair it…nothing more, nothing less. I have multiple vehicles and they keep them running for very reasonable prices. I hope and pray they stay in business for a long time because they are terrific people with integrity and honesty. Just good salt of the Earth hard-working Americans. Have no reservations taking your vehicles here. They will treat you right!

Reginald Stubbs The service team was awesome & the manager Carlos was polite & made sure that he acknowledged every customer that entered the store. Fast and friendly service. The young lady who did my oil change was also very friendly & polite. I think she also worked up front. Awesome job guys!

Erica Frankenbery This is the best automotive shop hands-down. They went above and beyond to help us. Our vehicle broke down on the way to Georgia and they took us right in. We were able to rent a Budget van to get where we needed to. Monday they had the vehicle fixed for us and on the road. They were compassionate, friendly, and I would recommend them to anyone in the Macon area. Thank you to all of you there. You truly are a blessing.

Ron Barksdale I have been taking my company truck to Yancey for over 5 years, and I have never, EVER, witnessed anything from them that was not pleasant, friendly, helpful, cheerful, fast, highly competent, and honest. These are qualities that you simply do not find in the auto service industry.
