Reginald Stubbs The service team was awesome & the manager Carlos was polite & made sure that he acknowledged every customer that entered the store. Fast and friendly service. The young lady who did my oil change was also very friendly & polite. I think she also worked up front. Awesome job guys!

WB L On New Years Eve, my right passenger window stopped working. Most auto shops had closed early for the holiday. I made my last call to Precision Tune Auto Care. After explaining the situation to manager, Javoni, he agreed to have one of the master mechanics look at my window. The window regulator was the culprit, which had to be ordered. As it was near closing time, I made an appointment for January 2, 2025, to come back for the repairs. Meanwhile, the wonderful mechanic was able to raise my window so I would not have to drive around with plastic on it. I would like to thank Javoni and the whole staff at Precision Tune Auto Care for helping me so quickly. Everyone is so friendly and professional. This is an example of service excellence at its best! The price was cheaper than competitors, but the quality of repair and professionalism in the office outshined the other repair shops I interacted with. I highly recommend them, its been close to a year since the repair, everything is working perfectly.
