5 /5 Chantelle Cleveland: I drive a 2002 C320 WAGON with 244,000+ miles. I was in immediate need of an experienced mechanic for my car. A towing company recommended his business to me. He went over my car thoroughly and kept me informed about all the critical issues he came across. Diagnostics, Repairs and Routine maintenance was done and I am super happy I have a mechanic to get my car to 500,000 miles, God willing. The cost was reasonable, considering all the items addressed. Knowledge, experience and quality doesnt come cheap. Thank you Gary Thistlewood! FYI:Harmonic Balancer he replaced, among other things.

I hope his hand is better now :) 10/10 cause they understand the problem immediately and gave me price and solutions.

1 /5 Stanley Ferguson: I initially thought I had found a reliable/frendly automotive shop to service my wifes car, but after this mornings interaction with one of the owners/employee, I will not be returning. Despite my efforts to clearly communicate the issue, repeating back the information provided during a previous visit for service, it was evident that they were not interested in addressing our concerns. It’s clear they do not value or care for certain types of business, per the response I received.

1 /5 Kris Ganesh: Replaced a battery and charged $300 with 2 hrs of labor was my first problem. Then when my wife went to pick up the vehicle which was supposedly ready , the shop was closed - no sign no messages nothing. After over an hour of waiting outside their shop, they casually explain they had to go across town. No apologies, just rude remarks and acting as though this is common practice. Unbelievable.

5 /5 Andre Coquerel: This auto repair shop went beyond the call of duty! Great service with a personal touch. Too seldom do we stop to acknowledge a business when that business provides an excellent service. I have a Volvo XC70 that was having an issue with idling, revving, when it is at a standstill. Two previous mechanics have tried to correct the problem in vain. I took the vehicle to Precision Automotive and this shop spent a lot of time to correct the problem. Without going into details about what he had to do, I will simply note that the owner of the shop, Gary, has spent more time on my vehicle to correct the problem that he has even billed me for. He wanted to make it right. "Precision" Automotive, right? When I went to pick up my car, Gary drove me around the block twice in the vehicle to make sure the problem was fixed. Well, as busy as he stays, I certainly would not expect him to do that with every customer. He knew my Volvo was having a tricky situation that needed a little extra attention, and he gave it to it. I appreciate your great service and your personable demeanor that did not go unnoticed! Thanks, Gary!
