Colleen Benevedes Love this little gym. Lots of classes and really friendly staff. The manager Colleen & Heather are awesome instructors! You can do the classes at whatever level you can. Everyone is very supportive, including the regulars! The new instructor Andrea is excellent for the classic class!

Laurie Gunby The best gym Ive ever been to. 30 minutes of great exercise that challenges you and makes you stronger. A great group of participants that welcome you with open arms. The encouragement from fellow members keeps me coming back. Your workout stations are all ready when you show up. Workout times are convenient. Coach Chloe and Coach Ray are the best motivators around. Best fun youll have!!!!

Dr Hunt This gym is one of the best gyms I have ever belonged to. It is family friendly, very clean and not crowded. There is a variety of equipment available, from weights to cardio equipment and machines. The staff is very friendly and maintains the equipment and facility. All members are courteous of each other. The monthly fee is very reasonable for everything you have access to in the facility. As a member you have access to the facility 24/7, which is helpful. Come check this gym out! You will not be disappointed! I highly recommend it!

Dino Damelio Hidden gem in Newnan. Played the links-like Seminole course. Like low country and in the best of ways. Great use of the creek throughout!!

Erica O My daughter has grown so much since joining this gym—both in skill and confidence. The coaches are patient, knowledgeable, and truly care about the athletes. Weve seen steady improvement in her strength, flexibility, and technique. Its been a wonderful experience watching her thrive in such a positive environment.

Anna Marie I have never been athletic in my entire life, but Ive always been curious about boxing. I finally took the leap and joined this gym, and Im glad I did! The coaches are all so encouraging and kind, and they are great at giving individualized advice, even in group classes. I also deeply appreciate that my membership allows me to sign up for classes on whichever days and times work best for my schedule that week, and I love that they offer some flexibility/pilates classes, too. In all, Ive had a great experience over the last 11 months, and I hope to be a member for many years to come!

Kimberly Seo My daughter has been coming here for Kindergym and it’s been amazing. They even upgraded the facility with new floor and furniture!! This has been a newnan staple for years but they genuinely care about the kids who wish to have a gymnastics education. Glad they are taking care of the facility more and progress towards better accommodations!

Chelsey Stegg I owe so much to this gym and the coaches at RGfitness. In the last year , I have changed my body composition and went from over 26% body fat to 15% while still maintaining my muscle mass. The programming and coaching made all the difference!
