Robyn Birdsong-McClelland Now I call it my escape. My first time here I thought this was the hardest workout ever and I was never coming back but after seeing so many people keep at it, I begged the owner Tyler for a 2nd try at it and now I stay up at night booking classes. I love it now and Im starting to feel leaner and stronger.started Feb 1 and already 46 classes in! Enough cant be said about how friendly and personable the staff is. Give it a try!

Jill McCord Katy is a great instructor. She gives detailed instructions and makes corrections when needed. Her vast experience as a ballet teacher enhances her instruction in a positive way. Definitely take her class!

Christine the owner is absolutely amazing, truly welcoming & wholesome! Trainer Gina is a ray of sunshine & knows everyone by name! She’s so kind & knowledgeable of the body! The gym equipment is fresh & clean! I have recommended this gym to my family and will surely come back to workout! Definitely worth checking them out!
