5 /5 Anna Marie: I have never been athletic in my entire life, but Ive always been curious about boxing. I finally took the leap and joined this gym, and Im glad I did! The coaches are all so encouraging and kind, and they are great at giving individualized advice, even in group classes. I also deeply appreciate that my membership allows me to sign up for classes on whichever days and times work best for my schedule that week, and I love that they offer some flexibility/pilates classes, too. In all, Ive had a great experience over the last 11 months, and I hope to be a member for many years to come!

5 /5 Jon-Michael Nickerson: Great atmosphere & environment for my 2 young kids to learn discipline, hard work, & a skill that can help them protect themselves for life. The coaches are experienced to help at all levels. The facility is high level, clean, & inviting. The equipment is first class. The members are welcoming & extremely friendly. Every day we leave the gym my kids are excited & can’t stop talking about what they were learning & drilling. My oldest has worked individually w/ the owner in a few lessons & I was very impressed w/ his teaching style.

He had an absolute blast—came out of the session energized, smiling, and already asking when he could go back. The entire staff were welcoming, informative, and helpful in answering all my questions. 5 /5 Chase Exum: I went in today and was greeted with staff that treated me insanely well. I felt welcomed and they were able to work with me due to it being my first time boxing. The faculty is amazing and has everything that you will need for boxing, including all types of punching bags (heavy, aqua, tension, and speed bags). They also have a ring for sparring, ropes, bench press, dumbbells, jump rope, etc. The prices are a little high but I would 100% say it’s worth it for what you get here. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to start boxing, and people who have a little experience behind them.

5 /5 Zohnie Perez: I have had a year of boxing experience at other gyms, but this gym takes the cake. I went in and found quite some flaws in a lot of areas, but the coaches were really nice and helpful to teach me. I really liked how they stepped in to help me by myself for a short time while the others in the class continued. The work out was nothing like what I did at my other gyms. Their facility is really great too. Cant wait to get back in each day.
