Kimberly Seo My daughter has been coming here for Kindergym and it’s been amazing. They even upgraded the facility with new floor and furniture!! This has been a newnan staple for years but they genuinely care about the kids who wish to have a gymnastics education. Glad they are taking care of the facility more and progress towards better accommodations!

Gregory Kress Very modern facility and equipment. Very family oriented. Great staff. Great members. Great fitness options with everything from Yoga, to exercise machines, to weight lifting, swimming, and many other health programs. I feel very welcome when I visit by both the staff and the other members. I really feel like the YMCA is a part of our neighborhood community.

Not only has my daughter gained athletic skills; this gym reinforces discipline, patience, kindness, and good sportsmanship.

The facility has a great variety of equipment, so I can get everything I need for my workouts without having to go anywhere else. The location is super convenient for me, which makes it easy to stay consistent. Overall, it’s been a great place to work out and I’m happy to recommend it!

Colleen Benevedes Love this little gym. Lots of classes and really friendly staff. The manager Colleen & Heather are awesome instructors! You can do the classes at whatever level you can. Everyone is very supportive, including the regulars! The new instructor Andrea is excellent for the classic class!

Christine the owner is absolutely amazing, truly welcoming & wholesome! Trainer Gina is a ray of sunshine & knows everyone by name! She’s so kind & knowledgeable of the body! The gym equipment is fresh & clean! I have recommended this gym to my family and will surely come back to workout! Definitely worth checking them out!

Jenna Renz I absolutely love this gym! The trainers are seriously the kindest people — they’re always encouraging, super knowledgeable, and make you feel completely supported no matter your fitness level.
