Troy Meeks I live 3 hours away. When my a/c compressor clutch seized up and snapped my belt I took it in. Understanding of my situation Chris was very prompt and professional in taking care of it. Unfortunately the part failed but in true fashion Chris prevailed once again and took care of it. He again was very understanding of my situation considering my distance in travel. Anytime Auto turned a bad situation for me into an easy process. A/C is working great! Thanks again!

Chris Lottimer Bobby was the coolest, most genuine mechanic Ive ever had. Left on a road trip from south Florida to Colorado and my Jeep had problems on the interstate. Basically had to go there to get work done and it was honest and reasonable. Definitely recommend this garage!

Tiffany Smith I took my ford explorer in due to having issues with my transmission. Mr. Gene was my service advisor and I had such a great experience! He turned what could’ve been a very expensive issue into something manageable. I purchased my car from lake city with an aftermarket warranty and originally thought I had to go to them to use it which I refused due to previous experiences. Mr. Gene told me that I could use it through Live Oak if I found out who my warranty company was. So after a couple of phone calls I was able to give him all the information he needed. He took care of all the discussions with my warranty company and ended up being able to get my new transmission covered through warranty. He made sure to keep me informed of everything throughout the process and would always find an answer if I called with a question. I was going to be without my car for almost a week and warranty only gave me a rental for two days which we all thought was crazy. Mr. Gene spoke with the manager and they were able to put me in a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. He made sure I knew to call him if any issues arose after picking my vehicle up. I will continue to take my car to Walt’s and am very thankful for the hard work of all of the service employees involved!

Jeremy Griswold I had a warranty/recall issue with my truck. I took it to Walts, and they professionally and expeditiously handled the issue. Gene in the service department kept in contact with me and kept me appraised of the situation throughout the process. Could not be happier with the service they provided.

I dropped in here and was honestly nervous because Ive experienced a lot of places that will try to take advantage and think I dont know cars just because Im a girl, try to sell me stuff I dont need.. I came in here and explained my cars symptoms and what I suspected is and after asking me a few questions asking me what make and model my car is and taking a very quick look for me, they just confirmed my suspicions about my vehicle and were kind enough to explain to me how I can go about fixing it for the most affordable price. I really appreciate their kindness, and assistance. I followed their directions that they suggested and my car is good as new!
