I dropped in here and was honestly nervous because Ive experienced a lot of places that will try to take advantage and think I dont know cars just because Im a girl, try to sell me stuff I dont need.. I came in here and explained my cars symptoms and what I suspected is and after asking me a few questions asking me what make and model my car is and taking a very quick look for me, they just confirmed my suspicions about my vehicle and were kind enough to explain to me how I can go about fixing it for the most affordable price. I really appreciate their kindness, and assistance. I followed their directions that they suggested and my car is good as new!

5 /5 Krissa Sin: They did a phenomenal job repairing my vehicle after it had quite a bit of damage from hitting a deer. Everything is running great and the body work looks amazing as if nothing ever happened. They made the process with my insurance as painless as possible and got everything done for me. The guys at the desk are also friendly and explain everything in great detail so I knew what to expect ahead of time. The waiting period was also super short, as soon as they got the parts in they got straight to work and everything was completed in less than 2 weeks when other shops gave me an estimate of 2-3 months. I’m extremely satisfied with the whole experience and will definitely only take my vehicle for any repairs here. Honest and just overall great guys that work here.

5 /5 Mr. Congeniality: Saved Our Family Camping Trip – Honest, Fast, and Amazing Service! J&W Auto is nothing short of a miracle shop! My family and I were over 350 miles from home on a camping trip at Suwannee River Rendezvous when our Denali suddenly started running horribly just as we were heading out to the springs. After a quick stop at O’Reilly’s to pull the codes (which didn’t help much), I asked for a recommendation, and they pointed me to J&W. I’m SO glad they did. I rolled in around 3:15 PM on a Wednesday, explained our situation, and let them know we had to be on the road by the next morning. Most shops would’ve either turned us away or seen us as an opportunity to charge a premium, knowing we were in a bind. But not J&W. They got us in immediately, diagnosed the issue, fixed it, and had us back on the road by 4:30—just over an hour later! The price was incredibly fair, the service was honest, and the kindness they showed us was unforgettable. Thanks to J&W, our family trip was saved and we were able to enjoy the rest of our time without a hitch. I truly hope I never have car trouble on a camping trip again—but if I do, I know exactly where I’m going. Highly, highly recommend!

1 /5 Aaliyah: I highly don’t recommend anyone buying a car from here. Had a 2016 that went out less than 2 months, on top of havin problems w the car before I even had it for a full week, & they didn’t want to do a trade in & acted like the car went out bc I was driving it bck n forth to work. I only put the car on the highway once. Yes the cars finance as is but suppose to be up to date w the year and the price they sellin it for.
