3 /5 Pamela Manaton: I booked an appointment online and dropped my F-250 diesel truck off for the works; oil change, tires rotated, safety check. When I picked it up, the bill came to about $140, and they gave me a printed report of the findings. I asked if all the fluids had been topped off and was told yes. When I got in the truck, I checked the DEF level to find that it was only at 1/4 full. So I went back inside to ask about it. I was told that wasnt included, and I had to specifically request that to be topped off, but there was an additional fee for that. Seriously? $140 for an oil change and tire rotation and they couldnt top off the DEF? I will be making the drive over to Perry to Timberland Ford from now on. The service is less expensive and they are sure to top everything off.
