5 /5 Ashley Strimple-Glad: Not just tires and an oil change, they do so much more. Ive taken all three of my vehicles to this location and I would recommend it to anyone and everyone. They are polite and efficient. Danny will answer all of your questions and hes very knowledgeable. Will is an amazing service tech, he takes such good care of my Expedition. Devin takes great care of my older Ford truck. They are the best people and the prices are fair. I go there first for everything.

5 /5 John Costelac: I booked an appointment with Daniel, I shared with him that I had to be in Orlando tomorrow morning and I did not trust the tires that were on my car since they were showing extensive wear and tear not only was able to get the job done but he was able to save me a few bucks on each tire worked out really well. 5 /5 Anna Sproul: We have visited Vero twice a year, every year, for the last 20 years. My kids have grown up coming here and it’s always such a highlight for us. But this past trip, we found two giant staples in my tire the day we were leaving, and I was super nervous as my husband was not with us. He directed us to Mavis, and there we met Dan, the assistant manager. He immediately took my car in and had his crew assess it. Thankfully he was able to repair my tire, and also helped us with a battery replacement we knew we needed. Dan kept us informed every step of the way and made sure we felt safe and comfortable as we talked about the repair. When he returned our car back to me, the running boards weren’t working (it was just a simple setting reset from replacing the battery), but the guys got right to work with figuring out how to fix it. It was not the kind of ending we wanted to our trip, but I am SO thankful for Dan and the Vero Beach Mavis team. Fantastic service, fairly priced, excellent results. Highly recommend to anyone in need!

5 /5 Mathew Kirkenmeier: Took a chance and just drove in to ask about fixing a tire with a nail in it. They were very accommodating and said if I was willing to wait 30-40 minutes they could get it done. I agreed and they got it done. Great people and superior service !

From the moment I walked in, Dan at the front was super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. He was helpful and took the time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. Zack, who worked on my car, was great too—fast, efficient, and clearly knows his stuff. He kept me in the loop during the process and got everything done pretty quickly. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job and making sure their customers are happy. All in all, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re in the area. The team there made what can sometimes be a hassle into a really smooth, positive experience. I’ll be coming back for sure!
