Tiffany Smith I took my ford explorer in due to having issues with my transmission. Mr. Gene was my service advisor and I had such a great experience! He turned what could’ve been a very expensive issue into something manageable. I purchased my car from lake city with an aftermarket warranty and originally thought I had to go to them to use it which I refused due to previous experiences. Mr. Gene told me that I could use it through Live Oak if I found out who my warranty company was. So after a couple of phone calls I was able to give him all the information he needed. He took care of all the discussions with my warranty company and ended up being able to get my new transmission covered through warranty. He made sure to keep me informed of everything throughout the process and would always find an answer if I called with a question. I was going to be without my car for almost a week and warranty only gave me a rental for two days which we all thought was crazy. Mr. Gene spoke with the manager and they were able to put me in a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. He made sure I knew to call him if any issues arose after picking my vehicle up. I will continue to take my car to Walt’s and am very thankful for the hard work of all of the service employees involved!

Jennifer Stansel Grady’s truly is top notch. They got me in for a diagnostic on my car, even though they were slammed. Got my car fixed way sooner than was expected to. They treated me with kindness and were very fair on their pricing. They really value their customers. Mr Grady explained in detail, and ways I was able to understand, what was wrong with my car, and didn’t jerk me around at all. They got my business for any problems in the future.

Trevita Horton Melissa was so very helpful. She took great care of my needs! Greg was so attentive and made sure I was in great hands. He is such a gentleman! Corey also took the time to handle my needs. I came in with a flat tire but walked away with 3 people who made my day! I will definitely be back! I truly feel blessed that God led me here!

Craig Drinko Austin and his staff are awesome. They go above and beyond and at reasonable prices. They have worked on my 88 F250 and 84 Bronco so know and like classic vehicles as well as late-model. Very happy to have them nearby.

Heather Andrews Had to call to ask about trailer tires at about 30 minutes before they closed for our boat trailer that we had already blown one tire and one the verge of another. They had the tires we needed in stock and when we pulled up they were like a NASCAR pit crew and took care of us right away. We were blown away at how fast they were and courteous. Literally in and out with tires mounted and everything in less than 15 minutes! Highly recommend them if you’re ever in the area and need tires. Very friendly group of employees! Thank you so much!

Eric Browning I was coming home from Fl to North GA and my check engine light came on and then the oil light and warning to stop engine. I lost oil pressure and the hunt for roadside mechanic was on. It was Sunday at noon and Joe promptly answered. I had my vehicle towed to him a few miles off the highway and once we had the part I was on my way in less than 45 mins. He saved the day. He was extremely affordable.
