Tiffany Smith I took my ford explorer in due to having issues with my transmission. Mr. Gene was my service advisor and I had such a great experience! He turned what could’ve been a very expensive issue into something manageable. I purchased my car from lake city with an aftermarket warranty and originally thought I had to go to them to use it which I refused due to previous experiences. Mr. Gene told me that I could use it through Live Oak if I found out who my warranty company was. So after a couple of phone calls I was able to give him all the information he needed. He took care of all the discussions with my warranty company and ended up being able to get my new transmission covered through warranty. He made sure to keep me informed of everything throughout the process and would always find an answer if I called with a question. I was going to be without my car for almost a week and warranty only gave me a rental for two days which we all thought was crazy. Mr. Gene spoke with the manager and they were able to put me in a loaner vehicle while my car was in the shop. He made sure I knew to call him if any issues arose after picking my vehicle up. I will continue to take my car to Walt’s and am very thankful for the hard work of all of the service employees involved!
