cherri Im so glad I found A&E!! Ive been there twice now. What great service, and kind, efficient people who clearly really like where they work, and it shows. I was given a thorough detailed estimate before hand each time. The work was done in the amount of time estimated, actually a bit less both times. I got a detailed report with pictures, and explanation of work. I never paid more than estimate, and once significantly less. They were great about helping me prioritize what really needed to be done now, and what could wait. I got good, practical advice, and I am so grateful. There is a really nice waiting room with coffee and snacks and magazines. I cant say enough about how thoughtful and friendly these people are. Its so refreshing. I was referred to them by a shop that was unable to do the first repair I needed, a cable replaced that operated the gas cap flap. So, if u like great service, and great people this is your place to go for repairs and service.

Jake went above and beyond, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making me feel welcome to ask any questions. His professionalism and communication made a stressful situation much easier. While it was unfortunate that I needed their services, I’m grateful for the experience I had with Caliber.
