5 /5 cherri: Im so glad I found A&E!! Ive been there twice now. What great service, and kind, efficient people who clearly really like where they work, and it shows. I was given a thorough detailed estimate before hand each time. The work was done in the amount of time estimated, actually a bit less both times. I got a detailed report with pictures, and explanation of work. I never paid more than estimate, and once significantly less. They were great about helping me prioritize what really needed to be done now, and what could wait. I got good, practical advice, and I am so grateful.
There is a really nice waiting room with coffee and snacks and magazines. I cant say enough about how thoughtful and friendly these people are. Its so refreshing. I was referred to them by a shop that was unable to do the first repair I needed, a cable replaced that operated the gas cap flap. So, if u like great service, and great people this is your place to go for repairs and service.
