Carol McAllister Went to Walmart on Monday about 9:30 to have 4 new tires put on my car. Was met by a courteous young man, Russ/Rusty, who just happened to be the one to put on my tires. He said to go do shopping or run errands, he would take care of me, and he would text me when he was finished. Was notified within 1 1/2 to 2 hours that the job was completed and my car was ready to be picked up. Ruthie was very pleasant when paying for the completed job. My experience with the people I dealt with was wonderful. Would not hesitate to go back. Of course, I would hope I would get Rusty to work on my car again. Very competent and courteous young man.

Tom Cottrell I dont rate too many fives because I believe most situations can always be improved, but I do believe the driver Ryan and My Mechanic Towing earned my 5 star rating! Ryan arrived much sooner than I expected and he was very courteous and professional from beginning to end. I felt very comfortable and assured my truck was in good hands! I highly recommend My Mechanic Towing and their driver Ryan!

Grisham James Amazing service. Called in on a Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday. Car was fixed on Wednesday before even 2pm. My a/c didn’t even blow out hot air before the Auto Air guys touched it. Now, thanks to them it’s like the arctic in my car. 1 year warranty on the parts and labor. Decent and honest pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Luke Render Great location. Knowledgeable and friendly staff members. They fixed my faulty valve stem in under an hour. Might have been in under 30 minutes. They have wifi, but you have to ask for the password. Comfortable waiting room. Bathrooms. No coffee. They have a counter setup for coffee, but no coffee. Disappointing. They do not have any beverages. Bathrooms are nice. Nate, the manager, is a very nice young man, and it carries over to their staff.

Amanda Finsel Steve was exceptional! Kind and accommodating. He came in early to help diagnose my car so I could still get to work on time. He helped me understand what was wrong with my car and how to get it fixed with the dealership. He also did probably the fastest oil change Ive ever had! Great and professional owner! I will be back!

Jennifer Kline Oh my goodness! I found my go-to shop for repairs & service. Great customer service & very knowledgeable service technicians. They got my car in to work on right away. And within a day everything was repaired. Thank you thank you thank you!! My little Kia is roadworthy again.

Jeff I brought my Honda Element in one hour before they closed up on Saturday late afternoon with my tail pipe hanging by a thread. They took me in, patched and welded everything together in a flash. They did it with a smile and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend them. Wonderful experience. Thank you gentlemen!

Dan was great at explaining what was happening. He also saw that my brakes were in desperate need of help & fixed them too. I feel safe in my car again & will always choose this shop!

CreativeWEB Let me tell you something about Avenue Garage and, in particular, the customer service received by them on my recent visit to their shop to get SL fixed. I have a 2006 Mercedes. SL55 AMG, which had a big issue with the ABC hydraulic system and pump, which was leaking. A notoriously difficult and complicated repair to do, only a specialist is advised to undertake such a repair...The ABC system in these cars are highly advamced and complicated and so a specialist shop amd mechanic is needed to even tackle a hydraulics system that the 55 AMG possesses. I bought my car in, and they expertly fixed the leaking pump. But afterward, there was another issue. Some other elements related to the abc system failed, and they fixed and corrected these additional elements with no issues at all. Jason is my representative at Avenue Garage, and the level of service and professionalism I have received from him is outstanding. If you have a high-performance vehicle that has a complicated issue, think no further, then bringing it to Avenue Garage. These guys, these mechanics, these service agents are amongst the best Ive ever seen in the business, and Ive owned several high-end vehicles. I will only bring my cars to Avenue. Garage moving forward, very happy with the service Ive received. A big thank you goes out to jason for all your assistance and knowledge on getting my car back on top.
