Jake went above and beyond, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making me feel welcome to ask any questions. His professionalism and communication made a stressful situation much easier. While it was unfortunate that I needed their services, I’m grateful for the experience I had with Caliber. Luke Render Great location. Knowledgeable and friendly staff members. They fixed my faulty valve stem in under an hour. Might have been in under 30 minutes. They have wifi, but you have to ask for the password. Comfortable waiting room. Bathrooms. No coffee. They have a counter setup for coffee, but no coffee. Disappointing. They do not have any beverages. Bathrooms are nice. Nate, the manager, is a very nice young man, and it carries over to their staff.
