1 /5 Jory Holmes: I had an appointment today at Physicians Regional at Founders Square. This is a little over 30- minute drive from my home. I arrived to find that there was no electricity in the building. I understand that this is not their fault, but employees were in there and when I asked why someone didnt call or text me saying that I wouldnt have an appointment today I was told "We dont have any electricity." Whenever we have had a power outage I still have been able to make phone calls. So I drove a total of 60 plus minutes today to see no doctor and get no logical explanation as to why I was not notified ahead of time. I dont know, does this seem right to you?

1 /5 Alvin Stewart: Veterans should not and should avoid using this medical offices for service. I was referred to one of their offices for urology under Dr. Benjamin Storey and there offices provide the wrong address. When I attempted to call them for the correct address no one pick up the phone and arrived 20 mins late. Receptionist was very rude and refused to reschedule or provide office note to be reimbursed for travel.

1 /5 Tamara Stuart: Been trying to get a colonoscopy scheduled for 2 months. Not 1 phone call back. I have called at least 7 times to get it scheduled. All they say is someone from scheduling will call me back. Worst customer service ever!!!!

5 /5 Renate Eichelberger: My experience could not have been better! I arrived Saturday around 10am with head & lung issues from a probable upper respiratory infection. Every person from the receptionist to the Physician Assistant were friendly, personable & professional. The Nurse, Felix and the PA, Nicole, quickly diagnosed my infection, provided me with prescriptions and we were out of the building within 45 minutes.
