Oscar Gonzalez I visited the urgent care today for the first time since my wife needed treatment on her finger due to a cut with a knife. When we entered, the person received us very kindly and immediately took our information. After five minutes they made us enter and all the staff were very friendly from start to finish, the facilities are very clean and tidy, I highly recommend this place.

Tom Chirico I have been here a few times. The ladies at the front desk you very nice and helpful. Sydney was really nice and courteous and we lucked out with Christine she knew all about my trials and tribulations due to my vascular disease. I gave them a 5☆ review. Ben J. Santosuosso Dr. Chu is an excellent doctor. She takes her time and listens to you. She explain things to you. She takes a real interest in her patients. I feel very fortunate to have her as my primary physician.

Debra FL Busy place but fairly efficient in getting you checked in and then to whatever test youre having done. I like the option to wait outside too, otherwise indoor is crowded. The last two appointments Ive arrived 15 minutes early, check in, and am typically finished withing15 minutes after appointed time. I would recommend.

Linda Rini Aside from having the best Dr in the world, Dr Biggs. The team @Physicians North is top notch as well. From the receptionist to the nurses and therapists, they went out of their way to make us comfortable and put us at ease with the home instructions. Cant say enough good things!

Charlene Moore I had extensive back surgery. After six days in the hospital I was sent to Encompass. There are no words adequate enough to describe the warm welcome, the over-the-top knowledgeable and caring OT and PT staff, the amazing doctors and nurses, the compassionate aids, the professional housekeeping staff, and the restaurant-quality food. I wish there were more stars to give them. After nine days I was discharged. I was excited to go home but scared that the protective cocoon known as Encompass would not be close at hand. But they fully prepared me for everything I was going to face outside of their doors. I will forever be grateful to their expertise. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Nancy A Turner Dr. Steven Bello has been treating me for several years. His office is run efficiently and the staff is polite and competent. Dr. Bello enters the room for each office visit with a warm handshake and he takes as much time as I need to address the issue. He is persistent about working to find a remedy if one approach is not working. He is thoughtful and has a great depth of knowledge. I trust his expertise and I appreciate his sincere care for his patients.

Becky Palmer Although my primary doctor has changed a few times , I’ve been w/ this same medical group for a very long time. The staff that I have dealt w/ all these years continues to LISTEN w/ compassion, provides excellent referrals when needed. And I receive timely responses when I ask a question through the patient portal. Even though they moved their offices further away from my home, I did not hesitate to stay w/ this group.

Brittny Senatus Lehigh Regional Medical Center provided exceptional care for my eight-year-old son during a recent asthmatic episode. From the moment we arrived, the triage nurse Stephen was attentive and quickly assessed his condition. The entire staff acted promptly, ensuring he received the necessary treatment without hesitation. Dr.Glenn even had a tissue basketball shoot out with my son. I am beyond grateful for their outstanding care and would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of urgent medical attention.
