5 /5 Ms. MONIQUE Monique, Getting into trucking over 50: I was there Thursday 26th and I had a great experience at the imaging dept. I was there for my yearly mammogram. Only critic, I have is , if the radiologist sees something, before you actually leave the facility maybe ask for additional images right then and there or even an ultrasound, especially if the person has previous history. But overall all of the techs and front desk employees were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to my friends most definitely

2 /5 Jennifer Best: I have been coming here for mammograms for about two years. I never have to wait long and the technicians are very nice. However, on this last visit, I was told I needed a biopsy and that I would be contacted by a coordinator to set up an appointment. It would have been nice if the radiologist had come in to explain to me what they saw and why they think I needed a biopsy. I wonder if they know how scary this actually is? There was no comfort, no reassurance, nothing. Just oh, you need a biopsy, have a nice day. Now it is the second day as I sit around anxiously waiting for someone to call to set up an appointment. You would think if this place catered to women, there would be more compassion………

1 /5 Riah Ranaee: I agree with one of the reviews Dr Lonberger is very poor with reaching out to patients to explain concerns and just tell you everything is fine. I had to constantly reach out for someone to explain my test results back to me. ( test result came back questionable) and Dr Lonberger said everything was fine when the test clearly shows something is off again I reached out to get a explanation and get a better understanding and I’ve been ghosted! FYI I had lab test done January 2, 2025 and I’m still confused on my test results !

3 /5 Taffy Schneider: Dr. Wastson-Locklear is amazing. She was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend her. But unfortunately if you need any imaging or labs done, I wouldn’t recommend the imaging or lab department in this building. I have a history of fainting during lab work and the technicians didn’t take any steps to try to make me feel more comfortable to avoid fainting, which I almost did. The experience just felt very rushed and uncaring. Then, the receptionist in the imaging department was so unapproachable and cold, I couldn’t even proceed with having the ultrasound done because I felt so uncomfortable.
