5 /5 Sarah Cardona: I love this office, the staff and my provider as well! they are so understanding and accommodating, my provider listens to my concerns and finds ways to work with me on them without making me feel like he knows me or my body more than myself! Jade helps me out a lot and she is just fabulous and one of the reason Im writing this review because every time we talk its always an amazing conversation and my needs are taken care of thank you, also want to commend Kristy she is SO knowledgeable and never makes me feel like a bother when i have so many questions sometimes thank you so much for making me feel welcomed and being so nice !!!

5 /5 Renee MacDonald: This place is absolutely amazing! Dr V Patel, and Audrey are literally life savers! They are so committed to the health and safety of their patients. Between them and others like Christy in the front office, they bend over backwards to accommodate you and put your wellbeing first. Not to mention they don’t make you wake long at all upon arrival. They know how to manage getting patients in timely according to their appointment. I love this place and the people. If you’re looking for an amazing family doctor, you will be happy here! 5 /5 Gary Griffin: This is a great office. Dr Patel and his entire staff have always treated me with the utmost respect and given me the highest level of care. They are very personable and genuinely care about their patients. Their practice is a teaching practice so sometimes you get doctors besides the main ones taking your appointment but that is a good thing. That is them giving back to the medical community. I have been coming here for quite a few years now and will continue into the future. I would not even think of going anywhere else. I would definitly recommend it to anyone.

5 /5 artchem: At “Advance Family Practice”, I have been a patient of Dr. Patel,s Office, for at least 20+ years. This is the BEST Office for Internal Medicine. Dr. Patel, is exceptionally, knowledgeable, very affable, and has a wonderful “ Bedside Manner “. His Staff Maxine( his Office Manager) is the kindest, and ever so helpful, person,one could imagine! She will answer any questions, you may have, and find solutions for your health! Maxine has been working with Dr. Patel ever since he joined, his Father’s Practice, after completing Med School. They make a great team! Kristy, will keep you abreast, of the Front Office & “ Sign In” area, of this magnificent Dr’s Office along with Insurance information, and updating your appointments:) Dr. Patel, is very caring, of his patients, if he feels, that you are not responding, to certain meds, his Office will call upon you, to please come in, and revisit, your treatment:). I highly recommend, this Office, and especially, Dr. Patel, for his medical skills, and up to date; medical procedures, and referrals, to other excellent doctors, if necessary. I am so grateful, to have been referred ( by my Dr. whom retired) and suggested I make an appointment with Dr. Patel. He is brilliant, in the Field of Medicine, especially as an Internist! Please, call his office, and you will view his concern, and care, for each patient; irrespective of the time, you may need for his care. He is by far, the BEST Internist, in the Advent Health area, and also, easily accessible by any means of transportation. You will be well taken care of, by Dr. Patel, and his PA’s . 1 /5 Melissa Lewis: Office was friendly at first and I actually saw Dr. Patel. But after a year or so they began to just see me as another monthly check. No regard for anything I told then, I never saw the actual doctor after the first 3 visits , the following 2 years were long waits to see a new practitioner each visit who was unfamiliar with my chart. I finally left their office after the outrageously rude behavior from a situation they had put me in. I had an emergency c section and was in the HOSPITAL, they would not refill me medication unless I came in, I signed myself out of hospital and they then had no empathy when I was upset by the situation and had no apology for putting my health at risk or offering any other choice to get my medicine refilled. Completely rude and unprofessional business, just a pill mill doctor
