5 /5 Kamera Museau, PMP: I reached out to this office to schedule an appointment for my 9-month-old, who needs to have his adenoids removed as soon as possible. Most ENTs in Orlando are booking 2-3 months out, so I spent a lot of time calling around to find the earliest available appointment. When I called this office, I spoke with Chris, who was extremely helpful. Although we couldnt schedule the appointment on the first call because they didnt have the referral yet, Chris kindly told me he would keep an eye out for it and encouraged me to follow up with him anytime. He truly went above and beyond, and I was incredibly grateful. Out of all the offices I contacted, no one seemed to care as much as Chris, which I appreciated immensely. At that point, I knew that even if the appointment was two months away, this was the office I wanted to take my child to. Thank you again, Chris!
