5 /5 Gladys Gomez: I went to my first appointment, and they are super professional. The nurses and the male nurse are very attentive and polite. Dr. Sergio Menéndez is the best doctor who has ever attended to me in my life. He is very understanding and professional. He examined me thoroughly, and his recommendations helped with my discomfort. I am grateful to his team. The clinic is very clean and organized. They speak Spanish, English, and Portuguese, so you will feel very comfortable with your language.

5 /5 Ron McDuffie: I just returned from my yearly physical with Dr. Menendez. As usual, I only had a short wait before being see. The staff and nurses always pleasant and courteous. Dr. Mendez is friendly, efficient and takes the time to listen to my problems. During this visit I asked the Doc if he could recommend a Doctor or Nurse who would be willing to make a house call for my sister who needs a physical to enter an assisted living facility. She is unable to leave the house. Dr Menendez said he or his nurse would be able to do this for me. Thank you and thanks to the staff/ nurses who handle my regular eye Doctor referrals: always right on time.

5 /5 Pam Frisson: I have been with Dr Menendez over 12 years. I recommended him many years ago to my husband, sisters and my mother, they all love the doctor like me. Dr.Menendez is a great doctor that you don’t see anymore. They are not just number, he makes you feel like family. I have health insurance that does not work with Dr. Menéndezs office but I prefer not to use the insurance with other doctor office and pay because I trust him with my eyes closed. Be patient please it takes time to be seen but it’s worth the wait! His staff from the front to the back office are amazing people.

3 /5 Vivian Armengol: I love my Dr.!!! The only reason I am giving it a 3 stars is due to the constant issue I see with the front desk office. They are constantly busy, with long holds on the phone. Its not a seamless experience. They need more people. They as well do not provide the American customer service one may expect. Its a cold treatment. Once you surpass the gate holders (Front Desk Staff), youll be happy with your Doctor.
