She even inquired regarding some questions that were never asked before, so I walked away with a high degree on confidence with her skill. Dot Querry Dr. Kumar-Pelayo is an excellent, caring doctor who couples that excellence and caring with high efficiency. I met Dr. Kumar with a health concern a couple of earlier doctors didnt identify. Efficiency was shown with having a prescription at the pharmacy to be picked up that very night. Also, there was a call from another very effieient team member to schedule my imaging appointment. Im so lucky to have Dr. Kumar-Pelayo and her support peple as a very important part of my health care team.

Michele Carlson Worst experience ever. They sent my bills to a non existing mailing address then when it was returned sent my bill to collections. Now telling me I have to contact a post office to fix my incorrect address that I do not know what it is still. Also the customer service rep hung up on me when I was asking to speak to a manager. Horrible service. Telling me I am under collections until the VA pays the claim then they can clear my account and remove from collections. REALLY???? They used incorrect information and I am the one that is at fault. Maybe I should sue!!!! Could not post until I placed a star for them what a scam. BEWARE VETERANS they do not like us!!!!!

Matthew Ward 1st time at this place for a torn meniscus. My knee was so swollen and painful. I waited 20 minutes or so and left the office feeling great! The Dr came in and gave me a few options, I chose to have my knee drained and it was so worth it! I will be calling back today to schedule surgery to fix meniscus and can’t wait to get this resolved! Everyone in the office was courteous and friendly! Highly recommend!

Tommie T THIS USE TO BE ONE OF MY FAV HOSPIATLS TO COME IF I NEEDED URGENT CARE..BUT NOW THIS IS MORE OF A RUSHED SERVICE...DR DONT CARE ONLY SEEMED TO BE MONEY HUNGRY AND WORRIED ABOUT INSURANCE INSTEAD OF WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO ER..LACK OF EMPATHY AND MISDIAGNOS AT THIS HOSPITAL AS A WHOLE! I ENDED UP GOING TO MORTAN PLANT WHICH IS THE BEST THING I COULDVE DID!
