Nahomy Franklin I am incredibly grateful for the outstanding care and support I received from the therapy team during my time at the rehabilitation unit. From the moment I began my treatment, the entire team made me feel like a priority. Each therapist, whether it was physical, occupational, or speech therapy, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion. The team took the time to understand my unique needs and goals, crafting personalized therapy plans that truly made a difference in my recovery. They were always patient, encouraging, and dedicated, ensuring I felt motivated to push myself further while maintaining a supportive environment. Their positive attitude and commitment to helping me improve were evident in every session. I particularly appreciated how the therapists communicated with me throughout the process, providing clear explanations and offering guidance on exercises to work on outside of the therapy room. It’s evident that they genuinely care about their patients well-being and recovery. Dianne Patton Ive only been a patient for a short period of time, but seems like a lifetime. They welcomed me with open arms. I initially moved to St. Pete in August 2020. I started having problems with my blood sugar. January 2021, I had not completed the paper work for intake as a new patient and Dr. E advised that I stop by the office and they would bring the medical device outside to me to take my blood sugar as I was not feeling well. That was the first of many appointments. They have gone above and beyond. By far Dr. E isn’t perfect, but he sure does push to make sure his patients are well taken cared for.

Emily Walton Came in for diagnostic mammogram, dexascan and ultrasound at the Breast Center. I have been having mammograms here for many years so the ladies here are like old friends. They are friendly, compassionate and very good at putting patients at ease. But they are professional and skilled at what they do. Keep up the great work ladies! As a side note, registration has always been easy and pleasant to deal with! Thanks! As I was having my ultrasound, there were a couple of young student nurses in the room. They were very polite and I would love to congratulate them on their graduation!

Yana Cross Personally, even though I had a far from smooth birth, I think the nurses and doctors were great in how they took care of me. So many great nurses in both the labor and delivery unit & in the baby mother/recovery unit. Ediana & Makayla took good care of me in labor and delivery. I do not recall his name, but I believe he was the Head of anesthsiology did an amazing job with the epidural that I was terrified of getting. Nurse Nina really stood out taking care of both me and our little one in recovery with so much care and compassion - she was there almost all the days & I really felt so supported and calm. So many other great nurses too. Only kind of critical thing I have to say is that every nurse has different advice to the same question, so it was kind of confusing at times because youd be shown 7 different methods of feeding/burping/swaddling etc. But I think thats just from varying experiences & upon reflection shows that there is more than 1 right way.

Kourtnei Dalton I cannot recommend this childrens hospital enough! Every single time weve needed their services, from simple emergency room visits to full surgeries and inpatient stays, the care and attention they provide have been exceptional. The staff is not only highly skilled and knowledgeable but also incredibly compassionate and kind, making the experience as smooth and comfortable as possible for both the children and their families. Trusting your childs health and well-being with this hospital is truly a blessing, and I am grateful for the outstanding service they consistently deliver.

Mag Pugs I mean this when I say, this was quite literally the most efficient, pleasant ER experience I’ve ever had. I came in with some significant burns to my chest and torso (pain was there but bearable enough to be ready to wait, considering it’s the ER and all) checking in was smooth, vitals 10 minutes later, triage 30 minutes later, and taken back in another 5 minutes. Now I understand burns can take priority over some cases so I may have been pushed through faster, but still very quick considering. Trey whom escorted me back was uplifting and happy. Both my P.A and nurse were comforting and quick and all within 3 hours, I’m treated + bandaged and pain free. To the entire staff on 1/23/25 around 6pm, thank you!!

stephen petanowick I was so sick and treated with the utmost compassion, care, pronfessionalism and respect. I really appreciate the care that I received from Northside hospital. I was admitted and spent 5 days. Thank you so much!!

Susan Gilbert Daniel Cunningham is one of BayCares wonderful doctors. Im blessed to have him as my primary care physician. He listens and knows exactly how to treat a concern.

Emanuela Colafranceschi My dad stayed for a month at the 3rd floor of the Neurology section of this hospital and I cant thank enough the whole crew of nurses, assistants, doctors and nurse practitioners that help me and my dad through this though time. He only speaks Italian and each of them found the way to communicate with him and help him recover and be happy! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart! Emanuela & Giorgio Colafranceschi

L F Dr. Hils is a fantastic and empathic physician. She truly is a collaborative partner in treatment and understands patient view points. Additionally, she knows who to refer for specialized care outside her scope.
