I was admitted with a severe case of pneumonia, and the staff took great care of me. Every single person was incredibly polite and offered help at any moment. Bob Moody Baycare was right to part ways with this Dr. I saw him today at the VA at Bay Pines as my new Primary. Wondered why he would leave Baycare and go with the VA. I read his previous reviews after my 4 minute visit after 50 minutes waiting. All the bad reviews described him to a the T. Smug and very dismissive. Was not just me. Will not go back. Too bad the VA did not do a better job vetting this guy.

Trish Braden Elliott Property very clean and just remodeled not too long ago lots of parking on site. Office receptionist very knowledgeable and friendly. Wait time not too long and well worth the wait Dr. Patrick Del Santo was very knowledgeable young and very much into not pushing pharmaceuticals on us seniors. So glad I found my doctor here in St. Petersburg.

Glenda Jones This was the best and fastest service I have ever had in getting to the diagnosis and treatment of my health problems. Dr. Wharton gets an A+ from me. I was also very pleased with his staff, couldn’t have asked for anyone to be more professional and nice as Janet.

From the moment I began my treatment, the entire team made me feel like a priority. Each therapist, whether it was physical, occupational, or speech therapy, demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and genuine compassion. The team took the time to understand my unique needs and goals, crafting personalized therapy plans that truly made a difference in my recovery. They were always patient, encouraging, and dedicated, ensuring I felt motivated to push myself further while maintaining a supportive environment. Their positive attitude and commitment to helping me improve were evident in every session. I particularly appreciated how the therapists communicated with me throughout the process, providing clear explanations and offering guidance on exercises to work on outside of the therapy room. It’s evident that they genuinely care about their patients well-being and recovery. Thanks to their expertise and encouragement, I’ve made significant progress and feel more confident in my abilities. Barbara Kim I went to this location earlier today and, sure, the wait was a little long. This is understandable at an urgent care though and we should all understand that. More importantly, the quality of care was fantastic. I was seen by Kristin, one of the PAs at this location. She was amazing! She gave me a good checkup, told me what I needed, and did everything very speedily. Thank you to everyone working at this facility!

Jacob Pierce Everybody from the front desk to the Healthcare staff here is super friendly and super welcoming! While I dont remember everyones name, Zoe (who I believed identified herself as the nurse manager) was super friendly and was an amazing to person to interact with! 10/10 would come back

Yana Cross Personally, even though I had a far from smooth birth, I think the nurses and doctors were great in how they took care of me. So many great nurses in both the labor and delivery unit & in the baby mother/recovery unit. Ediana & Makayla took good care of me in labor and delivery. I do not recall his name, but I believe he was the Head of anesthsiology did an amazing job with the epidural that I was terrified of getting. Nurse Nina really stood out taking care of both me and our little one in recovery with so much care and compassion - she was there almost all the days & I really felt so supported and calm. So many other great nurses too. Only kind of critical thing I have to say is that every nurse has different advice to the same question, so it was kind of confusing at times because youd be shown 7 different methods of feeding/burping/swaddling etc. But I think thats just from varying experiences & upon reflection shows that there is more than 1 right way.
