Al Gurney A sea of smiles worn by a most professional staff.I Have been to most of the hospitals around. So, take my word for it, the menu has many nice options for the most picky eater. Your schedule for tests,etc, is really close to reality. They dont wake you up every ten minutes to ask if you are asleep. If you want, or need, something reasonable, they really try to help. Not that I want to go to the hospital ever again, but SPG will be my destination of choice. Definitely 5 moos.

St. Anthonys Hospital- Emergency Center
Mag Pugs I mean this when I say, this was quite literally the most efficient, pleasant ER experience Iā€™ve ever had. I came in with some significant burns to my chest and torso (pain was there but bearable enough to be ready to wait, considering itā€™s the ER and all) checking in was smooth, vitals 10 minutes later, triage 30 minutes later, and taken back in another 5 minutes. Now I understand burns can take priority over some cases so I may have been pushed through faster, but still very quick considering. Trey whom escorted me back was uplifting and happy. Both my P.A and nurse were comforting and quick and all within 3 hours, Iā€™m treated + bandaged and pain free. To the entire staff on 1/23/25 around 6pm, thank you!!

Sarah Bergfeld They r very friendly kind nice. But wish little more English!The staff should be able to speak English it was a simple question now have to wait for them to call back. So now waiting on Luna to call back. All she could say was we r very busy Luna call u back. So annoyed right now. Some English courses for Employees would be great!

Dot Querry Dr. Kumar-Pelayo is an excellent, caring doctor who couples that excellence and caring with high efficiency. I met Dr. Kumar with a health concern a couple of earlier doctors didnt identify. Efficiency was shown with having a prescription at the pharmacy to be picked up that very night. Also, there was a call from another very effieient team member to schedule my imaging appointment. Im so lucky to have Dr. Kumar-Pelayo and her support peple as a very important part of my health care team.

Todd Freund I recently was diagnosed with pneumonia. This care facility did not give me the correct medication and I ended up in the Hospital. If that is not bad enough! they then sent me to collection without attempting to call me after mailing my bills to the wrong address!! I paid the collection company but was confused as to why my insurance company paid over 27000. in hospital bill but did not pay Pinellas Primary Care? I called the office and spoke to Michelle the office manager. She did not want to hear anything that I had to say and was very rude. I spend over 80000. per year for myself and all of my employees health insurance and she talked to me like I am some kind of dead beat. I just cant understand why people like that can keep there jobs or even stay in business. Todd

Dr. Sreelatha Tirupathi, MD
Sreedhar Gajula Dr. Tirupathi was thorough in her examination and diagnosis, and she explained my issue properly and in great detail.I felt she really listened to my worries, was really sensitive, and made me feel genuinely cared for by her and her team.I was delighted by Dr. Tirupathiā€™s knowledge and expertise in evaluating my condition and outlining a clear treatment plan. She has a really warm demeanour, which put me at ease, and her staff was extremely welcome and helpful throughout my appointment.She is fantastic at following up and checking on how I am doing after my treatment. Also, I appreciate the reminder calls for forthcoming appointments.
