Hez zio I deleted my previous review because quite honestly, Iām annoyed with my experience yesterday. Iāve been a loyal customer for the past several months, coming in bi-weekly for a fill. I call ahead to make an appointment because my time is limited with working full time and having small kids. This is the only time I get for myself and I cherish it. Iāve waited patiently as appointments carry over, Iām understanding. Iāve even come on different days when calling and being told that day was bookedā¦but yesterday to call and make an appointment and then show up for the appointment to be told āIām sorry, the lady ahead of you chose a pedicure too, itās going to be an extra 30 minutesā is just crazy to me. I asked for anyone else, as again, my time is limited, and everyone else had appointments. I guess my appointment wasnāt good enough to honor. I was asked to wait or come back the next day. I said thatās ok, I wonāt be coming back.
I walked out and took my bi-weekly $90 manicure else where. The lady at my new place sure appreciated the 25% tip I always provide.
All it would have taken was a phone call or better calendar management on their part and they would have kept a very loyal customer. āļø
