Deborah Mullins My husband was there on numerous occasions a few years back during his battle with cancer. During one visit in the middle of the night he partially pulled out a vent tube. A nurse named Bill heard him and talked him through reinserting it. My husband said Bill saved his life with his calm kindness and knowledge. My husband has since passed but he never stopped talking about his angel nurse Bill.

Rob Popoli I would highly recommend Physicians Regional In Patient Rehab Facility located in North Naples. I required a challenging rehabilitation in order for me to return home safely. The entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. There were so many people that helped me progress through my rehabilitation I wish I could remember everyones name because each and every individual deserves a 5 Star rating. Starting from the nurse who got me settled in and comfortable on my first night. Lucy was my personal care technician and she was there for me several days during my stay. I felt Lucy was sincere and genuinely cared about my comfort level. She was always there when I needed anything. There is something special about her and I hope that she continues to grow within the healthcare industry because we need more people like Lucy. Every single nurse was amazing and had many years of experience. Tina was exceptional, compassionate, and detailed. I appreciate the fact that I spent time with each and every physical and occupational therapist within the organization. Everyone had their own perspective on how to get me to the next level. My primary therapists were Jason (Occupational) and Brandon (Physical). I am grateful and amazed that they chose this line of work for their career because they are both perfectly suited for it. Jason & Brandon were constantly discussing the proper strategy for my recovery and my safety at home. They both were positive, encouraging and professional during my therapy. I cant wait to come back here in a few months to show them how their efforts were successful. Nancy made sure I had all of the proper equipment and kept everything organized. The facility was clean and organized. The housekeeping staff was consistently top-notch. The food was exceptional quality keeping in mind it is not easy to provide this many meals to this many people on a daily basis. I felt like the level of nutrition was where I needed it to be for my recovery. Some of my favorite people were the lovely ladies who delivered my meals each day. And finally all of the doctors were able to answer all of my questions and make sure that my needs were met. Thanks again to the entire staff!

Ben I’m volunteering at NCH Naples Downtown Emergency Room for the past 4 months, every week. I have a high level of expectations near perfection. I can state that the emergency department is well managed. The place is very clean and out of germ. The department is well staffed, well organized and well managed. The main fact is that they have a very large inbound volume of patients The nurses are exceptional, juggling between emergencies after emergencies, heart attacks, car accidents, motorcycle crashes, strokes, accidents and more. Remember this is the main emergency room in Naples for extreme cases. Usually, the frustration is coming from patients with smaller emergencies, due to the need to take care of patient with extreme emergencies. Something patients are not aware too, is that a blood test or a CT scan or another test can take 1H or more to get results. Hence the impression of waiting for nothing and the frustration, again due to the volume. The doctors are the best and coming from the entire hospital. Compared to other emergency facilities, you have a specialist available at anytime for all cases. I’m glad I’m able to help and support this amazing team of experts and professionals. I’m really proud of it. There is no different treatment between any patient. It’s not first come first serve, but biggest emergency is first serve; and served with perfection and attention. Thank you to all the NCH staff and for the amazing patients, for having patience.

Charlene Moore I had extensive back surgery. After six days in the hospital I was sent to Encompass. There are no words adequate enough to describe the warm welcome, the over-the-top knowledgeable and caring OT and PT staff, the amazing doctors and nurses, the compassionate aids, the professional housekeeping staff, and the restaurant-quality food. I wish there were more stars to give them. After nine days I was discharged. I was excited to go home but scared that the protective cocoon known as Encompass would not be close at hand. But they fully prepared me for everything I was going to face outside of their doors. I will forever be grateful to their expertise. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Karen Hessefort Needed quick care today so we could continue on with our vacation uninterrupted. Stopped here, taking a chance that it would be quick. Excellent service from everyone! The front desk gal was great, along with the nurse tech and Doctor! We were in and out within 1/2 hour! Also they had the antibiotic on site for purchase as well which was a big time saver and no hassle at all! They also accepted our health insurance! Great place!

Nearly a year ago I began seeing Dr. George Moricz and staff (“Naples Center For Functional Medicine”) armed with prayers that I’d recover my mental sharpness, strength (muscle), energy, stamina, vigor, drive, desire, and motivation. Tall order for me to give and for Dr. George Moricz and staff to deliver. But, did I say prayer? I prayed the toughest prayers ever! Let’s get to it! Nothing comes easy. It takes time, dedication, and prayer to achieve what seems to be the elusive butterfly of life. But, so long as I wake every morning I am bound and determined to have the best health and moments of my life. Now you ask, are you achieving the best moments of your life? My answer? Yes, I am ! ! ! Today, February 22 has been the best day I’ve had in, about, ten years. Yes, ten years! In short, I lost ten years to growing older without me monitoring the stability and quality of my health. What was I thinking ? ? ? Yet, for me, these past months have been “just what the doctor ordered”. Without question everyone has different health needs. Having said that, Dr. Moricz and his professional medical team custom fit functional medicine into one’s natural health needs and lifestyle. That’s what they’ve done for me. Finally, upon waking up this morning I had a full day without interruption or the feeling of malaise. The past interruptions or malaise would inevitably force me back to sleep. Throughout this day I found myself completely amazed and grateful by my near yearlong and gradual transformation; transformation to healthy and livable life. Stay tuned ! ! ! Jim Henderson I posted my past experiences with NCH earlier today. It was lengthy but important for people to hear. After posting I read, in horror, how many, many similarly horrid experiences so many people had at NCH. I tried to find anything good to put into my post but there was not one single thing NCH had done in my multiple visits in 2023 to assure me that they really cared about my health. However, I visited, as only a last ditch desperate attempt to find a doctor who cares, because my primary Dr recommended him, Dr Paz yesterday. He spent over 1 1/2 hours with my wife and I. Having been to Cleveland Clinic for all of my last appointments for care, I have become familiar with what quality care feels like. My experience was as equal to the care I have received at Cleveland Clinic. I would recommend Dr Paz to anyone who is looking for quality cardiac care. In our first visit we got more assurance of quality care than we ever experienced at NCH and, at Physicians Regional over the past 2 years!
