5 /5 Rob Popoli: I would highly recommend Physicians Regional In Patient Rehab Facility located in North Naples. I required a challenging rehabilitation in order for me to return home safely. The entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. There were so many people that helped me progress through my rehabilitation I wish I could remember everyones name because each and every individual deserves a 5 Star rating. Starting from the nurse who got me settled in and comfortable on my first night. Lucy was my personal care technician and she was there for me several days during my stay. I felt Lucy was sincere and genuinely cared about my comfort level. She was always there when I needed anything. There is something special about her and I hope that she continues to grow within the healthcare industry because we need more people like Lucy. Every single nurse was amazing and had many years of experience. Tina was exceptional, compassionate, and detailed. I appreciate the fact that I spent time with each and every physical and occupational therapist within the organization. Everyone had their own perspective on how to get me to the next level. My primary therapists were Jason (Occupational) and Brandon (Physical). I am grateful and amazed that they chose this line of work for their career because they are both perfectly suited for it. Jason & Brandon were constantly discussing the proper strategy for my recovery and my safety at home. They both were positive, encouraging and professional during my therapy. I cant wait to come back here in a few months to show them how their efforts were successful. Nancy made sure I had all of the proper equipment and kept everything organized. The facility was clean and organized. The housekeeping staff was consistently top-notch. The food was exceptional quality keeping in mind it is not easy to provide this many meals to this many people on a daily basis. I felt like the level of nutrition was where I needed it to be for my recovery. Some of my favorite people were the lovely ladies who delivered my meals each day. And finally all of the doctors were able to answer all of my questions and make sure that my needs were met. Thanks again to the entire staff!

5 /5 Jerry Rein: I was impressed with every thing that happened there. The food selections were good, therapy staff were caring and very in providing the best result possible. The medical care area was the most important to me. My first day in the Rehab center 3 Doctors interviewed me, each one actually listened to to my symptoms and quickly responded by providing the necessary medications necessary to provide pain relief. ---------------------------

1 /5 Lisa McAllister: Do not recommend. Within 12 hours of being here my father died. They lost his cell phone which made it extremely difficult to reach his friends we did not know personally as we are out of state.

5 /5 JLO: My husband was just in this facility for six days after a knee replacement and temporary kidney failure. We cannot give this facility enough credit! The doctors, nurses, It is so refreshing and comforting that an inpatient facility operates so well and cares about their patients. Thank you all soych! therapists, staff are all remarkable

5 /5 Cliff Anglewicz: Physicians Regional Rehabilitation facility was a wonderful experience. Because it is part of the hospital network, they had all my records and could continue with rehabilitation with that knowledge. In my opinion, this was very important for the care I needed. This being coupled to the on staff doctors, played regular changes to the medication I needed. My blood pressure fluctuates when pain meds were taken. They adjusted my blood pressure meds so my blood pressure wouldn’t go too low. I can’t say enough about the staff. All were well trained, polite and professional. I worked hard to be a 5 Star patient and that was my way of appreciation for their efforts. When I needed help I would push the button and they answered within minutes or immediately. The therapist were also just as professional and well trained. If you need these services, you should only consider this facility if it’s available. BECAUSE they are part of the Hospital network PERIOD
