NCH Orthopedics

Bonnie Rushing I have only seen Dr Dounchis. He is very good. My issue is with the staff. It is virtually impossible to get any response to a call for help. I recently needed help (really needed it) for an injury for which I saw Dounchis just before he left for holiday. The doctor taking his call did not return my call, Dounchis’ nurse did not return call, staff did not return my call. I left message for all three, with no help forthcoming. I had to go to Millenium walk-in clinic to be seen. The surgeons may be good, but if a patient cannot get the office to call when he/she has genuine issue, it does not do the patient much good.

Hussey III F Desmond MD

William Gosse I have seen Dr Hussey for almost 3 years. I suffer severe pain from different operations I have had , I have been to many different doctors and can honestly say Dr hussey is a highly competent doctor with sincere empathy for your situation. He is somewhat of a quiet doctor, but gets directly to the point and knows exactly what type of treatment would be best for your particular situation. He has helped me immensely. Through different types of treatments. His office staff is amazing! Just wonderful to work with ! The office staff I know gets very busy most days please be patient with them they really are a wonderful and caring staff…

Physicians Regional Inpatient Rehab Facility

Rob Popoli I would highly recommend Physicians Regional In Patient Rehab Facility located in North Naples. I required a challenging rehabilitation in order for me to return home safely. The entire experience was above and beyond my expectations. There were so many people that helped me progress through my rehabilitation I wish I could remember everyones name because each and every individual deserves a 5 Star rating. Starting from the nurse who got me settled in and comfortable on my first night. Lucy was my personal care technician and she was there for me several days during my stay. I felt Lucy was sincere and genuinely cared about my comfort level. She was always there when I needed anything. There is something special about her and I hope that she continues to grow within the healthcare industry because we need more people like Lucy. Every single nurse was amazing and had many years of experience. Tina was exceptional, compassionate, and detailed. I appreciate the fact that I spent time with each and every physical and occupational therapist within the organization. Everyone had their own perspective on how to get me to the next level. My primary therapists were Jason (Occupational) and Brandon (Physical). I am grateful and amazed that they chose this line of work for their career because they are both perfectly suited for it. Jason & Brandon were constantly discussing the proper strategy for my recovery and my safety at home. They both were positive, encouraging and professional during my therapy. I cant wait to come back here in a few months to show them how their efforts were successful. Nancy made sure I had all of the proper equipment and kept everything organized. The facility was clean and organized. The housekeeping staff was consistently top-notch. The food was exceptional quality keeping in mind it is not easy to provide this many meals to this many people on a daily basis. I felt like the level of nutrition was where I needed it to be for my recovery. Some of my favorite people were the lovely ladies who delivered my meals each day. And finally all of the doctors were able to answer all of my questions and make sure that my needs were met. Thanks again to the entire staff!

Physicians Regional Collier Blvd - Emergency Room

linda walsh klein I arrived via ambulance and was admitted to a room after about 10 minutes. Once there, the triage nurse was present and began an assessment. I felt safe. My nurse was attentive and communicative. He was concerned about my comfort as well as assisting me to BR, etc. Dr R Rodriguez was professional while at the same time, personable and reassuring. He sat and went over all my lab work and test results face to face & made recommendations for follow up care. The discharge instructions were thorough! I must give the ER 5 stars for the care I received!

NCH Bonita Springs Emergency Department

Kat No wait, came in and ended up having kidney infection, I was diagnosed, treated, and out the door in 3 hours. The charge nurse was rude but my main nurse Aimee and doctor Dunavant were incredible. Super kind and attentive. Quiet ER, not busy, labs came back fast. Thank you guys so much. I would recommend this free standing emergency room for sure.

DOCTOR

Bob Bynum I am experiencing mixed emotions while writing this review. I don’t want to sound mean or vindictive with my comments but I’m at the point where something needs to be done. I was admitted as a possible stroke victim. After spending 9 hours in the ER without much information on my situation. I grew restless and disturbed that none was forthcoming. The Hospital staff were all very professional. Doctors, nurses, techs, transportation, food service and housekeeping. Still, something was missing. When I finally got to my room things were better. The staff continued to be most professional. My only complaint at this point is it was now 10 PM and I had not been offered anything to eat or drink. I did ask for and received a cold glass of water. The next day I started having tests conducted. It wasn’t till after several tests, hours and lunch that I met two of my Doctors who discussed with me my situation and a plan of sorts. I was then told I might (would ) need to spend another night in the facility. These Doctors totally Impressed me. I was clear from the conversation they had both totally studied my chart. Their questions were directed at a better under standing of MY situation. Later on I met the Neurologist who was working my case and she too was throughly involved and knowledgeable. It was like they had been studying me all my life. I closed night two out at 9 or 10 o’clock with a late test. Went back to my room and tried to sleep. Day three began With optimism of gettin out. At about 11 am a doctor stopped by. He advised me that one of my tests done yesterday was not yet ā€œreadā€. At about 1 PM I called the desk and asked to speak or relay a message to DR Vina. The desk told me that was impossible. I asked for an update on my plan from my DR. I was told he was off today. I had to drag the information out of the person that he had be replaced today by Dr Pino. I indicated to the desk person that I needed some information on my situation and I felt I like I was being held without information. She told me that I was free to go and they held no one ā€œ hostage. ā€œ This disturbed me and I disputed her claim. And then, right at the Pinnacle of my anger my Neurologist and her Resident entered the room. They briefed me on the situation and informed me on what was still lacking. I discussed with them MY problem. And my problem as a patient is the screwed up system of information between patient and doctor and the currency of the situation. Also, the crazy way questions are answered by the Red button responders at the nursing station. To be told that I was not being held hostage is not the right choice of words to tell the patient or CUSTOMER. YOU GUYS GET FIVE STARS IN PATIENT CARE BUT A MINUS ZERO IN EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE CUSTOMER (patient). Really, this hospital needs help keeping people informed during the transit of the health care system.

Emily Essert, DO - NCH Medical Group

Becky Palmer Although my primary doctor has changed a few times , I’ve been w/ this same medical group for a very long time. The staff that I have dealt w/ all these years continues to LISTEN w/ compassion, provides excellent referrals when needed. And I receive timely responses when I ask a question through the patient portal. Even though they moved their offices further away from my home, I did not hesitate to stay w/ this group.

Collier County Medical Society

Andrew Gasworth Painless imaging. I went late afternoon to avoid a long wait and only waited about 10 minutes for a simple x-ray. Staff was professional and courteous.
