Jessica G Where do I even start…. Took my 1 year old in, no wait time. Was immediately brought back then IGNORED there after. (And the bed was disgusting, photos attached) After unnecessary covid/flu test, they wanted a urine test, okay. They handed me cup, A CUP? You expected a 1 year old to pee in a cup??? I brought up this concern and was told by the provider “Well we can do a catheter if you want but I would suggest you leave and check with pediatrician tommorow”…wow. So we decided to leave. 45 minutes later, waiting for discharge papers, a nurse brought a perfect toilet device but was way too late. An additional 20 minutes later, I went to the nurses station to ask about discharge papers and they were laughing and talking it up, even looked at me and completely ignored me. So I rudely yelled “don’t mind me, keep on talking!!” And we left without signing discharge papers. We spent over 4 hours there, very disappointing.

Amelia Deen You are always greeted with a genuine smile and are in a friendly atmosphere. I had carpal tunnel release on both of my wrists...FANTASTIC! Minimal discomfort overall and easy! Dr. Islam and Lauren are awesome! The entire staff and processes are super efficient and each step is well-explained. You feel very comfortable and valued as a patient. They are respectful of your time, extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with. 10 STARS ALL THE WAY!!! Any surgeries I may need in te future, I will definitely look to Dr. Islam first! Thank you!

Denny Campbell Rachael Arnett is the Nurse Practitioner and is very very good. She is very thorough and develops excellent treatment plans. Donna is the receptionist and also excellent at keeping all the scheduling and paperwork straight and we never have an issue. They have moved to a brand new office on Back Beach Road (Highway 98). My wife and I have been using them for years and will continue to do so.

Steve Kim was very helpful helping me fill in the check in process. Angel to come out of her office to assist me. As I proceeded through the checking and preparing for my surgery everyone was knowledgeable and efficient. Always pleasant. Able to answer my questions. Kept my waiting family informed. I would give a rating 10 of 1 to 10. Would be happy to recommend Sacred Heart.

Stephanie Lister Dr Flynn and his staff took wonderful care of my daddy!! I appreciate all the love and support they showed. I feel my father lived a whole lot longer than he would have. The ladies at the front desk especially Donna have been a wonderful asset to Dr. Flynn practice. Thank you all so much!! Lots of Love from Joe D -daughter

Evgeniya Perry Dr Tran is very professional and knowledgeable. My tonsillectomy went without complications and with very easy recovery.

Alyssa Bryden Just had surgery on 03/07/2024 and let me just say how amazing the experience was. The two girls working with me in Pre-op were so sweet and caring! Definitely made the scary surgery I was having an easy breeze. The recovery nurses (though I don’t remember that much) were also amazing and caring (from what I do remember from them and what my spouse told me). Medsurg nurses were amazing too! One of the cleanest hospitals I have ever been to. The staff was amazing all across departments. The hospital food was amazing (considering it was hospital I give it a 8.5/10) never in my life have I ever been treated with this much respect at a hospital. I 100% recommend this hospital if you are having a surgery.

Savannah Gibson Dr. Caspary has been great and very caring. Ive had trouble with my ears for YEARS with no real help. He identified the problem right away and we are now working towards surgery. Thank goodness! He is very nice and helpful! Thank you Dr. Caspary!
