Matt Marshall My wife and I love Mrs. Serian more than the heart can explain. She not only heals our bodies, but, she lifts our spirits every time we see her. I pray for her daily...because I know even though she deals with her own pain, she continues to heal people because she truly CARES. I truly wish there were more people like her in this world. Cheyanne Kauffman Was a great visit. Got my father in law rite in. The nurses were very professional and sweet. And his dr was so great. Very friendly made us feel welcome n very comfortable. And did everything to get to the bottom of my dads problem, then called the next day to set up his appointment with his surgeon.

Heather Jeter Today was my first visit. I had came in yesterday hoping to be a walk-in however I came during their lunch break. The lady at the desk was very kind and set me up with an appointment for today, because I had to go back to work. When I came in for my appointment today, I had a very short wait, the staff was very friendly and so was Carlos Fernandez. Everyone was kind and respectful and I felt I was taken very good care of. My primary provider has recently passed away and so I was looking for a new doctor. I have switched to Pronto Care and I am looking forward to a good experience based off of how well everything went today. As a side note, the lobby is absolutely beautiful and has such wonderful woodwork in it and was all decorated for Christmas. The office is very clean and the staff was super friendly. I really felt like the staff was very caring.

Heather Wright Feeling a little under the weather today I went and got some fluids in IV Therapy from Nations Best Family Health Care. They made it so super easy to go and get checked out and hooked me right up to an IV that gave me lots of vitamins and immunity boost! I so needed that. Headache is completely gone and I’m feeling super hydrated. Thank you to all the staff and the providers that were so sweet and caring. They made me super comfortable and it was actually quite relaxing. Go see them for some IV Therapy!

brittney smith I had a wonderful birth experience with Dr. J with my second child. I saw him frequently while at the hospital, and he was always kind, informative, and made me feel comfortable. His office staff was always friendly and were happy to find out any answers to questions I had when I called. If I were having any more children, he would be the dr I go too! Thanks again doc!

Steve Somerville First time at a VA clinic. Very clean, was received right at my appointment time. Staff was great. Doc was great too.

Tom Britton Today 3/10/25. Was an amazing day for me. I had oral surgery that has been many years in the making after this experience I truly believe these people were put in front of me by God himself. The entire staff is made up of a group that is second to none. Very professional, very compassionate and a pleasure to be in their hands. I had 9 teeth left in my mouth that were affecting my health and needed to be removed. Needless to say I raised 3 children and their dental needs were much more important than mine so when I had problems I would just go get and extraction and get back to work. Well the kids are all grown now and Im finally able to make the journey to a better smile. So to make a long story short, Dr Claussen and his staff are the best Ive ever encountered and Ive been thru the ringer with this never being able to get the job done unfortunately. Im writing this post surgery. After the novacaine has worn off and the anesthesia Im completely coherent. I have no swelling, no pain and i feel better than I have in years! Thank you Dr.Claussen! To me, you and your staff are truly a gift from God. ❤️

Jessica G Where do I even start…. Took my 1 year old in, no wait time. Was immediately brought back then IGNORED there after. (And the bed was disgusting, photos attached) After unnecessary covid/flu test, they wanted a urine test, okay. They handed me cup, A CUP? You expected a 1 year old to pee in a cup??? I brought up this concern and was told by the provider “Well we can do a catheter if you want but I would suggest you leave and check with pediatrician tommorow”…wow. So we decided to leave. 45 minutes later, waiting for discharge papers, a nurse brought a perfect toilet device but was way too late. An additional 20 minutes later, I went to the nurses station to ask about discharge papers and they were laughing and talking it up, even looked at me and completely ignored me. So I rudely yelled “don’t mind me, keep on talking!!” And we left without signing discharge papers. We spent over 4 hours there, very disappointing.
