5 /5 Andy Swart: I have been going to this location for years and they are always polite at front desk. At times it is busy but they always let me know the wait might be longer than expected. I love the doctors here I think they have 3 and all are great and very personal.

1 /5 Lyle Mazin: Hours on Google stage it’s open until 8pm. 7:30pm and doors are firmly locked. Also, hours listed on the door now say it’s only open until 3:30pm. This may at one time been an advent health urgent care but it is now apparently something else. Advent Hearh Corporate Care Occupational Health. Solid. Perhaps update your Google listing.

5 /5 Fercha Vera: I walked in and the facility was clean and organized, they have a professional staff and they took care of me in a promptly manner. Jeanine the nurse practitioner was courteous and caring. Thank you :)

1 /5 F. Sanz: What a disappointment. I had an appointment for some blood work for a new job. This lady at the front desk had a very rude attitude. She is a black woman who looks to be so disrespectful towards Hispanic people. She spoke very low and tried to make understand her very hard. Sorry maam, not today, not with me. I suggest the corporate to train her to deal with people, she doesnt have any kind of manners for that. About the waiting time, I got 20 minutes before my appointment and the waiting time was extremely long. So appointment time is not granted. One star is for coffee and snacks and Kimberlys good attitude and service that saves the afternoon.

1 /5 Mindy Baker: I could have been seen by my regular doctor today if they hadn’t made me wait 2 hours after my appointment here to tell me I was marked as having left. I checked my status maybe 15 minutes prior and was told I was next, but was still never called, only to be told I was marked off the list. I also provided a phone number to call in the event I was waiting outside (I wasn’t) and was never called. It caused more harm than doing nothing by holding up my entire afternoon until other offices are closing. Not to mention multiple people turned away because they couldn’t pay. The hypocrisy of the sign I stared at all afternoon is maddening. The healing ministry of Christ….just stop already. Now I am not just sick, I am also depressed.
