5 /5 Saundra Ebben: Dr Ramnarain was great! He explained everything he was going to do beforehand. He was engaging while giving me stitches, which helped keep my mind off of it, and seemed to genuinely care about my comfort and treatment. I wish all doctors had such a great bedside manner, it really put me at ease. Id also add that the nurses and front desk staff were also top notch in helpfulness, empathy, and they all smiled while interacting with me. That in itself, made me feel like everything was going to be alright. Ill definitely be recommending Guidewell to others needing quality minor emergency care. Thanks everyone for making a painful situation less stressful :)

5 /5 Josh Carlson: I can honestly say this was the best experience Ive ever had at a medical facility. I walked in without an appointment on a busy Sunday and although there were some issues with Anthem they were kind to help out with it. They got me in rather quickly, were very attentive, and ran tests without issue. Overall a great experience. The only downside, which isnt their fault, is the Trader Joes being in the same parking lot. If its busy it is extremely hard to get around anything, let alone parking, but they do have their own parking spots. However, I saw some people walking with Trader Joes bags to their cars in those spots, so they might not enforce it much.

5 /5 Reese Rengstl: Literally the best - been many times for different things. Never have to wait too long, but I go in with the mindset that I may have to wait since it’s a walk in. I’ve done walk in and I’ve made appointments, and I’m always seen quickly. You have the option to sign in and complete your paperwork online as well I believe so the waiting process is even quicker. The staff is so nice and knowledgeable, always checking in on me while I’m there and giving me everything I need. Everything is kept clean too!

5 /5 Alba Santiago: This is my second time visiting. First time with my husband and now for myself. The best attention since arrive till end. I did not wait a lot all was appropriate. Highly recommend. Staff / front desk / cleaning/ all was good in my both visits.

1 /5 Jennifer Jimenez: The clinical team here was great, which is why it pains me to leave this review. I was overcharged for my visit; I told the front desk that the amount they were charging me was too much, as I had met my deductible for the year and knew the amount ($160) was incorrect. They argued with me and I let it go, figuring I would sort it out later and just get a refund. The visit was 11/25... its 2/17 and I am still arguing with their billing department about the $120 refund they owe me. I spoke with someone in December who had told me it would take 3-4 weeks. It had almost been 4 weeks already but I let it go due to holidays. I contacted them again 2/5, and they informed me that although the dispute had been entered in the system, somehow it fell through the cracks (?????). I demanded my refund be processed on the spot. They said it was impossible but they were putting it back into the system where it would take another two weeks. DO NOT let them overcharge you. I would not pay them at all when you go in for a visit and let them bill you and let it go through insurance first and etc. This company has held onto my money for nearly 3 months and Im having to involve my insurance company now and its so frustrating!
