5 /5 Les S: I used to see Dr Alvi, but she moved . I now see Dr Martin, he’s great . He listens to me, always explains my labs to me and in general is a great doctor. The office staff is friendly and the clinical staff is great. I hate that I have diabetes, but I’m in good hands with Dr Martin and Advent.

1 /5 Candy Simkin: Terrible staff. I had to call 5 times to get medication refills and then they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Have to find a new doctor. Go someplace else.

1 /5 Joi Dean: My doctor was so great however the staff has to be the worst Ive ever encountered. I would have to call and message multiple times to get medication. Every time I called it was like I was BOTHERING them just trying to get my prescriptions sorted out. If I needed life saving mediation, I wouldve been screwed. This office is handling serious medical issues and the lack of urgency and competence of the staff could really put someone at risk. They never sent in refills so every month I would have to call several times just to get routine medication. Thankfully the medication I needed was not life or death. Save your time and look elsewhere.

1 /5 Jenice Carter: The doctor (Dr. Alvi) is great. The clinical team is horrible. They don’t answer messages on the portal. Since February I have been waiting on a prior authorization on meds to be sent in. I did all the work from calls to the insurance, having them send the fax, check ins and still nothing. They tell me I have no insurance or insurance does not cover meds I have been taking for over a year. I call and no call back. I write on the portal and no answer. I get the coordinator from the program I am on to call them. They say oh I will check on it and get back to you. They never do. You need better employees.

2 /5 Michelle White: I have nothing but great things to say about the doctors when you can actually communicate with them. I contacted the clinical team and was hold anywhere from 30 to 45 minutes. I have used the Patient portal and left numerous voice messages. I have spoke to the appointment desk to try and get some help. I was told that it would be easier to drive down to their office and see them in person to see if I could speak to someone , are you kidding me. I was told that I would be placed on high priority for a call back 7 days ago. . Still no contact from anyone.
