Richard Cole 17Apr2025 Update ASAP dental earned my business in an emergency but has maintained it through their professionalism and kindness. The entire office - from front desk to the dentists are fantastic. Special thanks to Jaynae - the dental hygienist - she is absolutely wonderful! Dental emergencies can happen anytime but it doesn’t get much worse than Christmas weekend. I broke a front tooth at the gum line and thought I would just have to suffer through Christmas. I called multiple dental offices that claimed to handle emergencies on their websites to no avail until I called ASAP Dental. ASAP got me in that very afternoon and worked on my issue until almost 7pm. They gave me multiple options, expalained the pros and cons of each, and priced them all out so I could make the best decision for me. I walked out of there with a great solution to what turned out be be much more than just a broken tooth. Dr Shbeb and his assistant were fantastic. I even received a follow up call on Christmas Eve checking up on me. I couldn’t be happier with the whole process! Thank you to all involved!

Diane Ellis Very clean, professional, personal n kind Today is March 13 2025. The above comments were 2 weeks ago,on my 1st visit. Today was most remarkable. As before,everything clean beautiful, the staff, Jalynn(hygienist) very nice professional. I went back for the Dental Care needed .. ,I felt safe comfortable. The young lady that helped Dr.Clark was very kind , Professional.. then Dr.Clark Did took out all the old fillings put ...up. to date ones in, that werent Cracking my teeth. No pain at all, then Jalynn Cleaned and polished My teeth. I was very pleased and grateful that My retired navy husband found them.. Thank all of you. Mr.Mrs.Mavis , Herb Ellis

Jennifer R. Aiello My daughter has extreme anxiety and a lot of dental issues. This is the third dentist weve tried this year; the other two wouldnt treat her for various reasons. This is the first office she has felt safe and comfortable enough to get the work that she needs done! The staff were very sweet, conversational, and very gentle with her. I’d like to give special thanks to Myia, Sarah, Jada, and Aileen for their professionalism and customer service care. Aileen, in particular, provided an incredibly gentle cleaning, and I was so impressed by her soft-touch skill and kindness. Kacey was also wonderful in assisting me through the process and ensuring everything was running smoothly. The turnaround time for my dental services was shockingly fast, and all services were efficiently performed with great care. I truly appreciated how well everything was handled, making my visit so much more enjoyable. And of course, Dr. Miller is top-notch! He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and hands-on with his team. It’s clear he takes pride in delivering the best care for his patients, and support to his team. Lauren Keul I have not been to the dentist in about 5 years. I was so nervous to go to a new dentist. Sage Dental was amazing. After the exam, I had a mild case of gingivitis and they were able to do the cleaning right away & made sure I was not in any pain during the in depth cleaning. The staff were very welcoming & answered all of my questions and concerns. Mo, Dr Ross, and I don’t remember the name of the lovely dental hygienist (think it started with an M) made this a memorable experience! I will definitely be back. Thank you to all!

charlette koning For a dentist office everyone is happy and very pleasant. I always dreaded going to the dentist office but I have to say that is NOT the case with Reedy Branch Dentist office. I always hate the nova cane your mouth aches for several days. But todays shot didn’t hit at all and there is no pain after it wares off.

Geraldine Whitaker My first experience with Riverside Dental was several years ago. I had a great experience with the team at that time. My situation at the time was not as major as it is today. The staff was great then. My problem is my own because I didnt follow up as I probably should have , and caused myself major issues. In spite of this when I had to come back, I received an excellent concerned evaluation of my situation. I was surprised to see Dr. Spencer. He referred that I see a Surgeon at UF Health, Dr. Fernandez. However, I was assigned to Dr. Caruso. I never saw him - just his assistants. That was not a pleasant encounter at all because I felt they could care less about resolving my issue because of my age and other reasons. When I reported back to Riverside, the team gave me a hopeful assessment. They all were great. Dr. Spencer even helped me get out of my car and into the building because I need Hip surgery too. The Surgeon evaluated my issue and gave me hope. Dr. Spencer stated that he was going to reach out to Dr. Fernandez again. Even the office staff was awesome. I would recommend Riverside Dental to anyone that will listen.

Drew Duran 10/10 I don’t usually say this about the dentist, but my visit here was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any medical office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The entire office is beautiful, clean, and well-organized — you can tell they really care about their space and their patients. Every team member I met, including Wanda, Jack, Rod, and Carlos, was kind, compassionate, and thorough. I especially appreciated how honest and transparent Dr. Jack was with me. He walked me through everything that actually needed to be done without pushing unnecessary treatments, which is so refreshing in this industry. They stayed on schedule, explained everything clearly, and made me feel supported and informed throughout the entire process. I’m so excited to move forward with my treatment plan knowing I’m in such good hands. I can’t recommend this office enough!
