5 /5 Drew Duran: 10/10 I don’t usually say this about the dentist, but my visit here was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at any medical office. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The entire office is beautiful, clean, and well-organized — you can tell they really care about their space and their patients. Every team member I met, including Wanda, Jack, Rod, and Carlos, was kind, compassionate, and thorough. I especially appreciated how honest and transparent Dr. Jack was with me. He walked me through everything that actually needed to be done without pushing unnecessary treatments, which is so refreshing in this industry. They stayed on schedule, explained everything clearly, and made me feel supported and informed throughout the entire process. I’m so excited to move forward with my treatment plan knowing I’m in such good hands. I can’t recommend this office enough!

5 /5 Dorilyn McAfee: I have a history of dentophobia due to childhood trauma. When I walked in this place I was nervous and didn’t know what to expect. This was the best dental experience I have ever experienced. The staff were so welcoming and kind. Receptionist Kayla was super sweet. Allen who helped me with the financial aspect was very knowledgeable and informative. Everyone is so knowledgeable and they take the time to explain in details. From my first encounter with Madison and Dr. Mike I knew I would be in good hands. My second encounter with Paige and Dr. Mike they made me feel so comfortable I honestly let all my fears disappear and I was able to relax and get all the work done. Wanda was so sweet and kind. Carlos was amazing as well he is the office manager. I will 100% refer this Dental office to all my friends and family. Thank you to all of you and my new favorite dentist Dr.Mike. I can’t say enough about this place. I give you all have 10 out 10 star⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!

5 /5 I L: Absolutely incredible experience with Dr. Jack and his team! Dr. Jack is by far the best dentist I’ve ever met—his expertise, precision, and genuine care set him apart. Paige is extremely knowledgeable and well-versed, making every step of the process seamless and easy to understand. Kayla is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and always makes sure you feel comfortable. Madison provides an extremely high level of customer service and care, making every visit stress-free. She has a way of putting you at ease, ensuring you feel confident in the care you’re receiving. After spending so much time in pain, I’m beyond grateful to finally have a mouth that feels normal again. Thank you all so much!

5 /5 A MARIE: Wow!!!!!!!! Space I haven’t been to the dentist in such a long time, and I was very, very nervous about how much it was going to cost and how much the service would be painful. However, the entire staff at this place was fantastic with positive energy and VERY Professional! Everyone treated me like a person versus a number, great communication ,great speed when it came to appointment times. I was seen within 10 minutes of arriving to our appointment and Carlos(Manager) was the best part due to him being transparent as well as accommodating with our financial concerns. Could not have found a better dentist office to visit thank you thank you thank you!!!!

5 /5 Brandi Free2LivLafLuv: This is for anyone like me who had anxiety about choosing the right dentist: : My teeth suddenly started deteriorating at a very rapid rate due to a medication.Initially I “didn’t have time “. Then I postponed treatment because it quickly crossed over to outright embarrassment. I was ashamed for anyone to see them. However, multiple abscesses changed that. SCHEDULING couldn’t have been any easier online. And I was able to be seen on the same day!!! The FRONT DESK was very presentable, friendly, and greeted me immediately. The environment was clean with a peaceful vibe. MADISON was my tech. Honestly, I was amazed at how down to earth she is and her professional manner! She actually put me at such ease that by the time DR JACK BANSBACH came in, I was no longer nervous. BTW, I was never left sitting for long and waiting, at any time. Between how thorough they both were, I understood exactly what I would need immediately as well as my future dental goals. Their level of patience is extremely rare these days! Then I met with CARLOS PHILLIPS to work out an affordable plan. I was expecting pushy sales tactics which I absolutely detest to my core. I was so wrong and I couldn’t have been any further from my actual experience! When he said he was there to help, that’s all he very patiently did. - When I returned the following day for a couple of procedures, everyone was the same. Carlos even popped into my room to say a quick hello. Dr. Jack is the most considerate doctor I’ve ever met! It felt like him and Madison have been doing this their entire life! What. A. Team. I was in the medical field too and I can assure you, this is not your average office whether it’s as individuals or how they all flow together. I officially have my permanent dentist for all of my future needs. Not one single reason to search further. - Madison truly stood out for me since I walked in feeling so vulnerable. In fact , I even asked for a hug before leaving. Be prepared to be impressed!
