3 /5 Brenda Odom Robertson: Everyone was exceptionally attentive to my needs. Maybe I’m old school and I feel all dentist say the same story about the coverage of insurance. What about those who don’t have the extra money tagged on to the so called balance after your insurance coverage. I guess you just don’t get serviced until you have the funds.

5 /5 Kethnie Moreau: Really phenomenal experience. I was really worried coming in. I haven’t had my teeth cleaned by a dentist for the last few years. I had a great experience with all the staff Members. Sarah, Nusiba and Dr V. thank you! Chealsea the manager also made it possible for me to get an appointment set up within a good time frame. The team members were gracious and informative. They didn’t make me feel bad but rather encouraged better habits to prevent any issues with my teeth. The office is clean, staff was professional and they were very considerate about the price of everything since I’m paying out of pocket. They have a little coffee station that is perfect for the morning. This building was easy to find and the office is located right off the elevator on the 3rd floor. Thank you for everything!

1 /5 Gianna Massaro: Do not go here!!! I went in today for a cleaning. As soon as I was brought back they told me it’d be over $100 for a panoramic scan (they told me it was needed and I couldn’t skip it, which I believe is false) and that my insurance wouldn’t cover it because it only covers 1 every 5 years… We just switched to the insurance this month so that was also false. They said they made a mistake after I told them that and switched it to $20 for the scan which I still was unsure of but I just wanted to get it done. They did the panoramic scan, on top of the other normal scans, and then had a woman come in to clean my teeth. She didn’t say anything except “open” and began scraping my teeth with a very sharp tool and started saying numbers to the other woman in there to write down.. not explaining what they were doing or why. The woman scraping my teeth was pressing extremely hard.. causing my gums to bleed and then she showed me pictures of my bleeding gums and told me I had inflammation and had to have a special pre-gingivitis cleaning because of it. When I asked her if it would be covered under my insurance or extra she said she wasn’t sure and I’d just have to wait until after the cleaning to find out the price. I told them I would like to know the cost first and they just left the room again without saying anything. A gentleman came in and told me it’s originally over $1000 but after insurance it would be close to $150 out of my pocket… I didn’t want to do that so I said I’d like to just do the regular cleaning and was told I couldn’t after being “diagnosed with inflamed gums” and then was told “you know how corporate is”. The whole experience was uncomfortable and every part of it seemed like they were just looking for more money to get out of me. I walked out with no teeth cleaning and still had to pay $20 for a random scan that was not needed. I am extremely unhappy with my visit, do not go here.

1 /5 Diamond Brooks: This location sucks. The staff is not communicable. I had a scheduled appt for a cleaning and instead of cleaning my teeth they did X-rays and rescheduled me for a cleaning. They had me wait over an hour for X-rays. The staff did not once tell me what they were doing they continued to do their own thing. Then they scheduled my cleaning only to proceed to tell me that they didn’t actually schedule me for a cleaning the next day and that I need to call and schedule one. I usually love sage dental but this location absolutely sucks. Worst experience ever

5 /5 Lauren Keul: I have not been to the dentist in about 5 years. I was so nervous to go to a new dentist. Sage Dental was amazing. After the exam, I had a mild case of gingivitis and they were able to do the cleaning right away & made sure I was not in any pain during the in depth cleaning. The staff were very welcoming & answered all of my questions and concerns. Mo, Dr Ross, and I don’t remember the name of the lovely dental hygienist (think it started with an M) made this a memorable experience! I will definitely be back. Thank you to all!
