Zale Ive been with Jacksonville Family Dentistry for several years. I have always been very happy with and recommend them. When my former dentist retired and sold his practice, that new office began to feel as though doing more procedures, billing insurance, and making more money was their new path. Then Jacksonville Family Dentistry was recommended to me. It was a return to the standard I was used to; personalized care, professionalism, friendly faces. I have been with them ever since. Just yesterday I had a minor dental emergency and was able to be seen same day. This is why I recommend them, have no plans to leave their practice, and finally post this long overdue review.

Kunal Yadav Dr. Thomas is extremely knowledgeable, patient, listens well, pays attention to detail and never rushes the visit. His office is polite and professional. He provides quality service with competitive pricing. I highly recommend him.

Keeves ? The whole crew was amazing. Ive only had my first visit, and I was very nervous, due to prior dentist visits that were... Less than amazing. Everyone from the receptionist, do the dental assistant, to the dentist himself was very understanding. But the hygienist? She was absolutely wonderful. Very gentle touch, she made sure to not hurt me at all, and was incredibly patient. Im absolutely coming back! Highly recommend!

charlette koning For a dentist office everyone is happy and very pleasant. I always dreaded going to the dentist office but I have to say that is NOT the case with Reedy Branch Dentist office. I always hate the nova cane your mouth aches for several days. But todays shot didn’t hit at all and there is no pain after it wares off.

Gerald Davis I had a filing come out. I hadnt been to a dentist in a long time. Ideal Dental was close by where I live. They were very pleasant and professional. They made it an enjoyable visit. They even helped me understand a tooth sensitivity issue with another tooth. I am very happy to have found them. From the receptionist, to the tech staff, to the dentist, all were very nice. I look forward to going back regularly now.

Steve Thomas The receptionists acknowledged us immediately upon us coming into the facility. The medical care providers are very informative regarding who, what, when, and why. The Doctor has great patient interacting manners.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. The entire office is beautiful, clean, and well-organized — you can tell they really care about their space and their patients. Every team member I met, including Wanda, Jack, Rod, and Carlos, was kind, compassionate, and thorough. I especially appreciated how honest and transparent Dr. Jack was with me. He walked me through everything that actually needed to be done without pushing unnecessary treatments, which is so refreshing in this industry. They stayed on schedule, explained everything clearly, and made me feel supported and informed throughout the entire process. I’m so excited to move forward with my treatment plan knowing I’m in such good hands. I can’t recommend this office enough!
